JINYA Ramen Bar - Culver City — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We love good ramen and Jinya has it all. They have such a great selection of items. There is something for everyone and they have vegan options. We especially love their Creamy Classic Tori-Paitan and their Unagi Inari Sushi.

Everything is great. Their Birria Ramen has so much flavor. Every bite is an experience and you will love their JINYA Chicken Ramen. It is all white meat chicken and packed with flavor and never to soupy. It matters not what you order there, you will find something you love.

The staff is the best. You won't find better service. You will feel right at home and you are never rushed. It can get crowded and I am not sure they take reservations. I do know you can get on their wait list here on Yelp.

Parking can be a tad of a chore but you will be fine.

I tried the premium tonkotsu red. It was OK. The broth was serviceable, but the chashu (pork cuts) were pretty dry. I prefer most Sapporo Ramen to this.

Would be nice if they had baskets to put your belongings in, like they have in Japan. We sat at one of the island tables on stools with no back rest. I dont like putting my bags on the floor, so rather than putting it on the table, I managed to put the strap on my seat and sit on it to stop it from slipping off.

The waiters and waitresses were excellent. Especially Dan and Valerina. Dan was extremely patient, attentive, and knowledgeable.

The atmosphere was nice. Modern Asian-American fusion. They have sports TVs on the wall behind the var. Cool setup.

They validate parking in the adjacent/connected parking lot for 2 (or 3?) hours. So convenient.

Located in a trendy complex. Parking is validated (possibly two hours). The restaurant is brand new and very well decorated. The ambience is amazing. It's a bit loud but you can still have a conversation.

There are plenty of indoor seating, as well as bar seating. There's an outdoor patio as well with a few tables.

The menu has lots of options. Ramen is usually pork based...I don't eat pork... fortunately, they have beef, chicken, vegan, and vegetarian options. They can't accommodate gluten free fyi.

All the food was super delicious and well prepared. Portions are just right. Prices are arguably bit high($50/pp for shared appetizer, ramen, drink, and shared dessert), but reasonable for the quality and location.
