Hello, I’m writing this review as a food delivery driver. This is the worst pickup location I’ve ever encountered in Los Angeles. The staff treats delivery drivers with complete disrespect, and I had to cancel the order because they refused to hand it over to me.
You might ask — why? I arrived at the location after receiving a notification that the order was ready. They told me I couldn’t stop there and had to park around the corner. I drove there, but there were no free spots. I came back and parked farther away from the entrance. I explained the situation, but they insisted there was parking. I asked them to show me exactly where. The manager walked with me but couldn’t find a single available space. Then he suggested I park in a way that would block other cars. I told him that’s not allowed, and I just asked to get the order so I could leave. They still refused.
I understand that Uber and DoorDash rarely take real action in situations like this, so I’m reaching out directly to fellow drivers. You don’t have to argue with them. If the order is poorly packed — which often happens at this restaurant — and something spills, we all know it’s unacceptable to deliver it like that. Simply describe the situation to Uber or DoorDash support and report that the restaurant failed to package the order properly. You will likely have to dispose of the order yourself. It’s really unfortunate.

Read moreI came to pick up a DoorDash order and faced absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from one of the staff members. Instead of simply giving me the order, he started yelling at us to move our cars (even though we had only parked for a couple of minutes to pick up the food).
Then he refused to hand over the order, acted aggressively, and even began taking photos of us — including my tired face, after working 12–14 hours a day without days off. It felt like deliberate humiliation and a show of “power.”
We only came to calmly ask what the issue was, since both the restaurant and the drivers are part of the same chain — the restaurant cooks, the courier delivers. But instead of respectful communication, we were met with rudeness, discrimination, and a refusal of service.
Such treatment of people is unacceptable.
