modMD - Venice — Local services in Los Angeles

I was told about MODMD by my brother. In the last 10 years I have struggled with my weight and then the pandemic hit and on top of my extra 15 I had gained the COVID 19. I made the appointment and when I got there , the staff explained to me in simple terms what could be done, how long it would take and how much it cost. They were straightforward and transparent. The three women who own MODMD are sisters and are all doctors so any medical adjustment that needs to be made can be done on site. They have three really convenient clinics in Venice Beach ,CA, West Hollywood, CA and Brooklyn , NY. Plus can do concierge home visits on request. The women are smart and lovely. Everyone who work for them are as well.Their menu offers everything from Ozempic to Botox and have many interesting infusions. There was a breakdown in communication about my testing appointment, but after the fiasco I actually got a call from the ModMD team trying to figure out what went wrong. Turns out the mistake was largely the part of the production company that set it up, as they failed to notify ModMD that they had made an appointment for me, so no one was there when I arrived. My appointment WAS logged in the ModMD site/app, but (and I did not know this) it likely wasn't put there until after business hours on a Friday. Dr. Dabby is truly the most caring doctor I know. When I found out modMd is offering weight loss program, I immediately decided to join. I wouldn’t trust to do this with just any doctor but with Dr. Dabby I didn’t even question the safety of it. The program has been very successful for me. I have had the opportunity to have my visits with all of the sisters and they all give the same caring and informative service.
