Gus's Drive-In — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I ordered one of " the Works breakfast burrito" and thought it would delicious. But I come to find out, it was an all potatoe burrito. I thought I was vegan for a while. You barely taste a piece of meat, and the egg was a thin layer around the edges of the tortilla. If i didnt look into it, I would have thought it didn't come with any egg. If it wasn't for the flour tortilla, it would have been a tasteless burrito. Thank God for ketchup because without, it was very bland. I've been here in the past, and to be honest, I've never wanted to try the breakfast burrito. I'm thankful I never ordered one in the past. But the burrito was very disappointing. Just becuase I've been here in the past I might go back for something other than a Breakfast Burrito. Aside from everything, I didn't have breakfast this morning and was eating late than usual. I always thought when your hungry, everything taste better. But...

I’ve been coming here for a while now since I was a kid and I remember the employees always being friendly. Now, each time that I come the employees have an attitude when I ask for ranch or salad dressing they don’t even look me in the eyes they hand it to me roughly and get irritated. I ignore it because I love the food here it’s amazing, but lately that I’ve been coming here the service has not been great. An example would be when I ordered a burger it was all wet due to the lettuce not being well rinsed out. The onion is hanging out making the burger look all messy and sloppy. The fries are not well cooked and the chicken tenders have been hard lately. I’ve never had any issues eating here but lately the employees service hasn’t been good. I never complain because it does get busy and I understand when it’s rush hour but lately that I’ve been coming it’s been slow, so...

They have an outdoor patio that has available tables almost every time and is separated well from the sidewalk. Which is convenient and very rare for the restaurants near the downtown. I don't like that the burger buns are too wet from the sauce to the point that they break apart, so my burger stops being a burger and becomes a bunch of scattered ingredients on the plate. Need to fix burger buns somehow. Other dishes obviously don't have this problem, but I didn't order them, a few times that I was here I ordered burgers. Also reviewers should stop complaining about always having to sign a receipt, the majority of actual covid cases happen from direct human to human interactions, not from touching the objects. And the restaurant handles this well by forcing people to sit far away from each other in the patio and also separating its patio from...
