This was our favorite ice cream place. We’ve been having it in Las Vegas and this time went to have it at the outlet in California at Malholland drive. We were surprised to see the scoops were half of its regular size. We did tell the server that this is not what we usually get at other HANDEL’S, but they said this is what you get. This was disappointing practice from our favorite family ice cream place. We bought ice cream for $53.16 which shows we WERE die hard fans. I would highly appreciate if someone from HANDEL’S can look why this is happening.

Perfect location for a Handel's ice cream shop. By far the best ice cream created. You should visit, you won't be disappointed. It's a perfect season for it, but honestly, it is soooooo good all year long! Have a happy ice cream day any day 😋.

Perfect location for a Handel's ice cream shop. By far the best ice cream created. You should visit, you won't be disappointed. It's a perfect season for it, but honestly, it is soooooo good all year long! Have a happy ice cream day any day 😋.

The lead tonight 8pm 2/19/25! MIA! was beyond rude you can tell she was having a bad day taking it out on customers lol maybe if actual grown ups worked here not little kids customer service would be better I’m here weekly and will not be returning due to the awful worker Mia! When I asked for her name they lied to me but I found out her name was Mia! You need some serious training girl...

Their machine automatically charged me a tip on a GIFT card purchase, and I asked for a refund. The manager took a few minutes to come and refund me and was super passive aggressive saying super loudly “here’s your tip back🙄”. Like girl I don’t owe you a tip...
