The only downside was the limited parking, with only roadside parking available, making it a bit of a challenge to find a spot.

Delicious! They make the ice cream fresh per order, which is delicious! I got the coffee Oreo. Each rolled ice cream order came with whipped cream, a pocky stick and a toasted marshmallow. I didn’t expect much from the marshmallow but it was soooo good and I love having that as a topping! The staff was friendly and gave us a stamp card. We’ll definitely be back!

Just know that since they make the ice cream fresh, it takes longer than a more traditional ice cream place.

For parking, your best bet would be a nearby side street.

An employee directs customers where to go for each as people walk in, but it still seems a little confusing where the lines start, and other customers tried to cut in front of us. What a waste of money. They served me a cold cup of milk for $6 instead of a latte. Absolutely cannot taste any coffee. Also, when ordering a latte it’s insinuated that it will be hot. The server made no question if I wanted hot or cold latte. I hate Cold coffee. So thanks for taking my $6 and I can’t even enjoy it. It’s not a latte and it should have been hot. Train your employees better because she should have asked. I would never come back to this glorified fancy but not fancy and dirty coffee shop.
