Hot Wings Cafe — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Last two times I ordered the sauce was not the same for their regular buffalo sauce. Either they are adding more oil and not enough of the actual sauce so the wings don't get coated with almost any sauce it seems or something!

The first time I thought it was a mistake and they didn't add my buffalo sauce because the wings tastes like just plain fried chicken.

I ordered again last night and the lemon pepper was perfect but the buffalo wings had almost no sauce..just some red oil residue on the bottom....weird. SUPER disappointed. I couldn't even taste the buffalo!!

Also when I went to pick up my order I saw it clearly sitting there, the girl behind the counter told me to wait for it and as I sat and waited for a minute or so she picked up the order and gave it to me...the same one that was just there. Feels unorganized and different from when they first opened.

There's 5 other friend chicken wings places around this area and this place was so great when it first opened, but now I will be going other places! They used to be so great when it just opened, now its gone downhill

Also their wings are so small!! Half the size of...

So this is my first time to at this location. I love the Glendale location that is when I first ate at Hot Wings Cafe. This is over 20 years. I have gone to Melrose, Old Town, Glendale and now here. I really love the service here.

I was welcomed by ther server Silvestre as soon as we came in and made sure he brought out drinks. He was genuinely friendly. The waitress Camila was equally kind and friendly.

I love that it wasn't as full like Glendale, though I love walking across to Porto's after I eat spicey food. I have eaten at many wing locations and my favorite is the ones that Hot Wings Cafe. I ordered my usual extra hot with blue chesse. I am soo NOT disappointed, delicious as always. I ordered a side of zucchini and fries along with my kids orders. Everything was great as always.

Parking was easy, not crowded, I guess I missed the crowd. Atmosphere was pleasant. Establishment was clean and we enjoyed our time. Silvestre and Camila were comfortbale checking in with us often.

I was extremely happy...

I love this place as one of my go to places when i am craving wings. So much so that i would come to hot wings cafe since childhood from age 5. Their wings taste great with the perfect amount of crispiness inside and out and their ranch is one of the best ranches ive ever tried from a restaurant.

But the only reason im giving this review 3 stars is because the prices. And the amount of ranch they give you for a 16 piece order.

Like today i ordered a 16 piece wings and they only give you one ranch for free and its so small it runs out after dipping 5 to 6 pieces of wings. Then i dont have enough left for the fries and the rest of the wings. And if you want to buy a half pint of ranch it costs an extra $4. Also i paid $28 for the 16 piece including the drink and fries with vegies when at wingstop you can get the same amount of food for $23.

Also the amount of veggies they give is lame

They should lower the prices then it will be a 5...
