One of The Best Indian Buffets in Los Angeles! As a Hollywood local, India's Tandoori is my go-to spot for an incredible meal with friends. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. But the real star of the show is their lunch buffet. Seriously, this has to be one of the best Indian buffets in town. The price is fantastic for the number of delicious food selections you get. The variety is incredible, with numerous options for everyone, especially vegetarians. I always start with the light and crispy mixed vegetable pakora from the appetizer section. Then I move on to the main dishes, where the aromas alone are mouth-watering. The Matar Paneer is incredible, and the Daal Makhani is rich and comforting. The vegetable yellow rice is perfectly spiced, and the Navratan Korma is a mix of tender vegetables in a smooth, flavorful sauce. My absolute favorite, though, is their Chicken Tikka Masala—it’s always cooked to perfection, with a deep, rich tomato-based sauce that is simply divine. The buffet also includes a fresh salad bar and a wonderful selection of desserts. I love finishing my meal with some fresh fruit or a small bowl of sweet, creamy rice pudding. If you're looking for a delicious, affordable, and satisfying meal with great service, try India's Tandoori. You won't be disappointed!

The food here is just okay. I went there a couple of times, and the place says they’re open until 1 AM. However, when I drove 40 minutes to eat there, the restaurant was closed, and no one answered the phone. I was surprised and disappointed because I was craving Indian food and had driven all that way. It’s shocking that the restaurant closed earlier than advertised. They really need to update their hours to avoid misleading customers and causing such disappointment. UPDATE I recently visited this restaurant again while in town, as I was craving Indian food and wanted to give it another chance. My buddies and I were super hungry, and I must say, the experience this time was much better. The staff was incredibly nice and polite, and the customer service was excellent they really took great care of us. As for the food, I would rate it 4 stars. We ordered one appetizer, which was made by frying it with sauce. I initially expected the chicken appetizer to be prepared in a Hyderabadi style, but it was different. The naan was good, though I feel it could have been a little softer. However, the curry was great, and the lassi was absolutely delicious. We ordered chili chicken, naan, goat curry, and one biryani. Overall, I was happy with the experience!

Our experience in this restaurant is bad. Atmosphere was dull. Food was not tasty at all. We have ordered a meal in which 3 Currys were served. Daal (lentils) was just ok taste, anyone can cook better at home by seeing the recipe on YouTube. Mixveg was very bad in taste and in saag paneer (spinach & cottage cheese curry), cottage cheese was rock as it was servey Frozen or made 2 days ago. I have also ordered lassi (yogurt drink), which is normally made fresh in any restaurant but it was served with weird taste which come after either it was made many hours ago or made by yogurt which turned sour. I asked them to change the same and they made fresh which tasted better. Funny thing was all the staff members (at least 6-7) were coming turn by turn to ask if everything is ok but service was very late and restaurants was not even 25% occupied. Customer were there only on 2-3 tables) Very small example: when you start have your meal, fresh bread (roti, chapati) comes within 2-3 mins in any small or big restaurants (so far I have eaten in over thousands of restaurants) but it took over 10-15 mins that too i had to remind them 2 times to different staff members that we were waiting for breads. I hope they will improve the service All the best

If you're looking for an affordable and well worth it Indian buffet, go to India's Tandoori. I'm from Northern California and was visiting LA for the first time, and this was one of the better experiences I've had here.

My partner suggested India's Tandoori . We were craving for Indian cuisine after visiting the Peterson Automotive Museum, and let me just say that it was a very pleasant experience for both of us and two other companions.

Our reasons for giving it five stars are as follows:

When we entered, we were greeted by two wonderful employees and sat down and was immediately told different drinks options for us to order. Buffet comes with free drinks, don’t forget :)

We went for the lunch buffet and it is out of this world, just imagine all you can eat lamb biryani, dal makhani, never ending garlic butter naan, free drinks, goat curry, veg korma, etc. My partner is from India, and he absolutely enjoyed every dish. I for one, could only finish one plate and went immediately to get fruit custard and some fruits (watermelon, cantelope, and melon) and it was so refreshing on a hot day. -The naan was freshly made every time it came out! plates were always cleaned off the table while you were grabbing more food. server always came and check on us at a timely manner.

Price: Buffet price was $17-$18. We also have a similar restaurant in NorCal and both are around the same price. Well worth it. In total we spent $85 for four person with unlimited food and...

I am so disappointed, I placed an online order at 7:52p.m and received my food at 9:07pm. Between this period of time I called it in at 8:17 to ask if my order was on the way. Now the person on the other line said to me "YOUR ORDER IS READY IM LOOKING FOR A DRIVER TO TAKE TO YOU" I reminded him about what they written on their website the food won't take longer then 45min. When I asked him to repeat my order I noticed that the order was incomplete, luckily I had called. By 9:00 pm. Im still sitting here waiting for my food to arrive so I asked my husband to call it in so he does now the person on the other line tells us to wait because he didn't comprehend what my husband is saying so he hands the phone over to a woman. She asked when we placed the order, what we order and then she says can u wait I'm goin to call driver. We hear her talking to the driver but can't understand what she saying because she speaking in her language. She finally tells my husband he is on the way. I asked her why do I have to was 1hr and a half for my food and she tells me because driver had a slow day so I waited to take 4 orders at one time. Then she said I'll give you discount and I will call u to confirm it. It is 9:52 pm and still waiting for my discount and the call and an apology for making me wait. I got no utensils to eat with and when I asked for my recipe the driver tells me o I don't have it. So he give me the print...
