Irv's Burgers — Restaurant in Los Angeles

0/10 do not recommend this location. Customer service from the cashier at Torrance 10/9/2025 at 12:20pm location is HORRIBLE. We ordered multiple burgers before it opened at 10:30 online, we called twice at 11am to make a request about one Turkey burger and she acknowledged twice. We get the order. Turkey Burger is the total opposite what we ordered and asked for and called for twice. I go in the establishment her back is turned for 11 min without acknowledging anybody in line. The two ladies in Front of me left because she standing at the iPad waiting for a one last burger to bag instead of least saying I’ll be right with you or least a greeting. I told her the situation about the burger freezing cold and nothing I wanted was on the burger. no sorry for the inconvenience or anything but “no problem we can make it again”. I waited for about 10 min for second burger. burger was completed wrong again the total opposite what I had on the receipt the chef Anthony came from the back said sorry we didn’t look at the receipt. Waited again for the 3rd burger it was completely plain and never asked for a plain burger with lettuce on the side all I asked was no tomatoes no cheese and chilies on the side and total opposite again waiting for the 4th burger finally right . Service is horrible once again cashier is so rude she left with her burger and went on break while i was still waiting on my 3rd attempt burger. so are the chefs in the back my coworkers called and asked for a manager he lied and said he (Anthony) was the manager and he was not. We asked for corporate number and he did know it at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND TORRANCE LOCATION....

This my second visit ever and this week. Last time I was here, I overheard the burgers are made with 3 different types of meat. I was intrigued and had to come back. José helped me decide and I went with the Best Burger. I was worried about double patties being a bit much for me at close to 8 pm. Let me say this in case you don’t have a chance to read on - I highly recommend Irv’s! It’s very reasonably priced, perfectly portioned and flavors to make you happy you stopped by!! I’ve seen a lot of drivers picking up orders for delivery. But, it’s in a great spot and I suggest checking it out in person. I prefer to inside but, there is plenty of outdoor seating around the complex.

José said he could make it for me with a single patty. I very pleased with my decision to come back. The burger was the real deal and delicious. After my first bite, I kicked myself for not getting two patties. But, it was late, I was doing my happy dance and had my tater tots. Best tater tots ever!! Super crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoning them. All was right with the world. I must apologize for not providing a burger pic. Too much of it was gone before I thought about it. I’ll be back and the double patty pic will be better. It’s too late for a cookies and cream milkshake (made with real Oreos 🤤). The other customers are great too! That’s how I learned about the milkshake, their cookies and the chili dogs… all recommended!! I’ll be back again and keep...
