Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My main reason for giving this place to stars is that they have taken one of the bathrooms and designated them employee use only. The result of this has been a line for the bathroom every single time I've gone in there. I completely totally understand the desire for the employees to have a bathroom but why should they completely and totally take over one of the restrooms? Leaving us customers to stand in line? I understand this may seem like a very petty issue but ultimately when you have to use the restroom and you are forced to stand in line because the employees have designated the men's bathroom for their sole use it seems a little bit...

The food was ok. It would have been better if I got to eat it hot. I get all my food and I'm leaving when the worker comes out and says she "thinks" she messed up my order. The receipt had everything correct, only missing a drink. She takes my bag and goes back inside. Without allowing me to check it first, cause now she "knows" I didn't get the right items. I waited FIVE minutes before I started going back in and she came out. I check what she gave me and it's not what I ordered! Now I have to go back in. This like most Jack in the boxes, has proved to be barely mediocre. Apparently fast food has fell to the ranks of least common denominator. If you ever wonder why companies are switching to automated production systems, then just look at places like this. They can't even get a jumbo Jack with cheese right. Fresh chicken patties on the chicken sandwich? Pfftt, yeah, in your dreams. Oh, you want a special order? They will pack your sandwich full of lettuce each and every time.
