Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The most incompetent employees works here, unfortunately I keep coming due it’s my favorite franchise. Night people is a nightmare, always does something wrong…. How? I don’t know, 3 times employee game wrong pizzas and they just swap box to box, other times, missing ingredients, the next time they said I ordered a diner box not even close, pizza hut is the MOST EXPENSIVE franchise compared with other fat food pizza brands, but it’s the only one around walking distance for me… now I check all my orders in store, I open all my boxes since they ALWAYS DOES MISTAKES IN MY ORDER…. It’s so annoying… and the app ask for a tip? 18, 20 or 25% for a carry out???? Whyyyyy …. It’s NOT A FULL SERVICE DINE IN EXPERIENCE….

Worse, worse and worse…. Incompetence management…. TheyALWAYS forget some part of the order and I gotta wait additional 20 minutes to do it. Having half my order COLD! Come on!!!! Pizza Hut is the most expensive from all national chains!!!!!! Dominos, little Caesar or papa John’s does for less, can remember one time they mess up my orders! And still asking for tip in the app/ when I go to pick up...

Rude staff Second time at this location, second time very disappointed, we are not getting what we order always something else, when we let them know about the "mistake" they want us to wait another 15 minutes which is just bad wait longer than we expect. This time was difficult to park and had to park blocking i guess employee cars because no customer inside restaurant and a lady which there is no way to recognize her because employees at this restaurant they have no batch to know their names threaten with towtruck is coming to remove your car from parking, i want to be very clear on this i never left unattended my car because my wife and my son went to order I was driving and ready to move my car at any time Maybe this location 15650 north off #101 North Hills CA 91343 Is a franchise and they operate with different set of rules and qualify than a corporate location Very dissatisfied at this point Customer for over 15 years which at least 2 times a month get our food I'm considering now to switch to...

This is the worst place ever to go. I don’t recommend this branch. I ordered 2 large veggie pizza from there last night. When I got my order I luckily found out before my guests coming over that one pizza has pepperoni in it and other one has no pineapple which i requested. I have no idea how they fulfill people’s order. On top of that I called them they were agreed to give me credit but I told them my guests are here and I couldn’t serve them like that I’m glad at least they sent another pizza. But on call when I told lady that there was no pineapple in it, she was like oh now you have complain for another one too. Obviously I paid for my big order then why I’m not gonna ask...
