Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Good for s quick bite or classic Jack in the Box craving. I tried the new Smash Burger, and I couldn't believe how good it was. It was visually appealing and not all tiny and flattened like most burgers from a fast food chain look when you go to open it up. It was even juicy! The meat seemed to actually be cooked from a fresh patty because as I ate it, the juices and fluid from the meat kept leaking out. I had a friend try it and he had the same reaction. I'm not sure if all locations make this burger the same way, but this place is definitely doing something right. I'd definitely come back to try another one. The inside is like any Jack in the Box. I really like coming to this Jack in the box, it's a little drive because I live about 3 minutes from another Jack in the box... so my point is that this isn't the first time it happens it was a cheesecake and that's just a $1.00 but today is different it was a meat lovers burrito and that's some money we are talking about after I got home wash up to eat it was not in my bag I called and called and called some more and they never answers there phone... so now I have to go back to Jack in the box and let the person know what happen plus she never gave me my receipt.. The worker Lidia who took my order sounds so miserable there. Not a pleasure speaking with her. I feel for her because she seems to be upset that she works there, but hey a job is a job. My friend asked her very kindly to please repeat her order after there was some confusion while she was taking the order. She wanted her to repeat it so we could make sure everything was correct and the worker Lidia blatantly stated “you can read it on the screen”, this was very rude.
