This past weekend my girlfriend and I had just finished watching the fight and thought it'd be cool to order pizza. We decided to order from this Pizza Hut, and it was the worst decision we could've made. After completing the online order and waiting about an hour, I decide to check the status of our food. The order had been canceled because the sales rep stated wrong number (as soon as my girlfriend completed the order she realized that she put the wrong number. she quickly changed it and resubmitted). We place the order again over the phone with the supervisor on duty Rick. Once the delivery guy arrived at our apt. he knocks on the main home door disturbing our landlord (because it's about 1:20 a.m.) and failing to adhere to the special instructions which clearly stated "Behind the gate, down the stairs." As I reach for the food the delivery guy says $22.62. I quickly respond "we paid with debit." He shows me the receipt which shows that we hadn't paid. With neither of us having cash the delivery guy decides to call his manager (Rick) who wants to take the debit card number over the phone. With my girlfriend being weary she declines. For the next 15 minutes Ricks goes on about how it's his fault and he failed to mention that we were the last order of the night and he was only accepting cash from us. We ended the night without pizza. My girlfriend decided to file a complaint. She received a call from a random employee (not someone of significance like a manger or supervisor) apologizing for our inconvenience and crediting us with a free large pizza. The service is only comparable to receiving service from a child. They aren't all bad, there are a few ladies in there that give a hoot about service, but there are those who shall remain unnamed. Every visit had the same result at the end except for one magical day when my order went missing for a good 30 minutes. On that day I demanded my money back but was informed that it wasn't an option, I felt furious but managed to think about my options. I asked for a free soda as reparations and my wish was granted. I asked for a specialty personal pizza and ended up with only pepperoni and a free coke. That's it, that's the only positive experience that came at a high cost of time anger despair and finally gratification.
