This was my first time stepping into a Jamba Juiceâany Jamba Juice, actuallyâand I have to say, the experience left a refreshing impression.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a clean, bright atmosphere and that familiar tropical vibe that Jamba leans into. The layout was open and functional, with plenty of natural light and a simple interior design that didnât distract from what really mattered: the juice.
Mia was the real highlight of my visit. She was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing behind the counter. She crafted my smoothie with care, and it showed. The texture was smooth, not too icy, and the balance of berry flavors was spot onâtart where it needed to be, subtly sweet without being overpowering. It was well-blended, well-portioned, and absolutely satisfying.
I appreciated how efficient the process wasâthere wasnât much of a wait, and the order came out just as requested. The menu was surprisingly robust, offering a range of smoothies, juices, and bowls with nutritional transparency and custom options, which is perfect for someone on the go who still wants to eat (or drink) clean.
The one small note for improvement? The space could use just a touch more energyâsome music at a livelier volume or a bit more engagement from the staff overall might help bring out the âfruit-fueledâ personality they advertise in their branding. But thatâs a minor note in what was otherwise a solid, enjoyable visit.
And letâs not forget the signage inside: âSqueeze the Dayââa playful reminder to live fully, one smoothie at a time. Jamba nailed it. Iâll definitely be...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that I am well knowledgeable about how Jamba products should taste and am a frequent customer for Jamba juices in LA county. This was my first time EVER going into the location in the marina del Rey. I was unpleasantly greeted with a nasty face from an employee whose name tag read âAmericaâ. She obviously did not want me in there so early even though they had been. Open for an hour. Making her fellow employee who was working at the time run around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to do âon-lineâ orders(Iâm assuming) he was assuring me that my drink would would be out soon. I appreciate this young man and how was running around serving everyone while America was walking so slowly with no urgency to her customers in the store. The young man apologized for how long it took but I donât blame him. I had seen that there was only 2 blenders and told him âitâs okayâ. I BLAME management for not having a sense of urgency and making their employees stress out and almost drop smoothies because theyâre rushing.this young man almost dropped mine and the lid was not on properly America did NOT even ask fellow employee to help or lend a hand. Simply walked out of site after taking my order. This poor kid needs proper support America should not be working if she doesnât want to serve customers with a smile. Was wearing a grey collard shirt so hopeful she is a general or district manger and sees that she needs to step it up and HELP HER EMPLOYEES. Tired of seeing lazy managers and management IâD PAY TO...
