This was my first time stepping into a Jamba Juice—any Jamba Juice, actually—and I have to say, the experience left a refreshing impression. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a clean, bright atmosphere and that familiar tropical vibe that Jamba leans into. The layout was open and functional, with plenty of natural light and a simple interior design that didn’t distract from what really mattered: the juice. Mia was the real highlight of my visit. She was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing behind the counter. She crafted my smoothie with care, and it showed. The texture was smooth, not too icy, and the balance of berry flavors was spot on—tart where it needed to be, subtly sweet without being overpowering. It was well-blended, well-portioned, and absolutely satisfying. I appreciated how efficient the process was—there wasn’t much of a wait, and the order came out just as requested. The menu was surprisingly robust, offering a range of smoothies, juices, and bowls with nutritional transparency and custom options, which is perfect for someone on the go who still wants to eat (or drink) clean. The one small note for improvement? The space could use just a touch more energy—some music at a livelier volume or a bit more engagement from the staff overall might help bring out the “fruit-fueled” personality they advertise in their branding. But that’s a minor note in what was otherwise a solid, enjoyable visit. And let’s not forget the signage inside: “Squeeze the Day”—a playful reminder to live fully, one smoothie at a time. Jamba nailed it. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Mia.

The people here are pretty snobby. I ordered Strawberries Wild and a Belgian waffle. The drink was great but the waffle was like weird. It tasted very strange. I had this waffle plenty times in various locations across Los Angeles but this is the only one where I took a bite and tasted absolutely nothing—YET it was drenched in sugar. I’m not sure what happened here. Maybe they forgot something. I don’t know but it wasn’t good. I took a single bite and almost threw up. It was gross but I’d definitely come back for the drink.

Unfortunately my smoothie wasn't done well, while it was fast service, And i don’t mind a couple fruits bits but it had lots some bigger than my straw, I just want my smoothie done well (blended). Im sure if i gone back they would of fixed it but it was a to go order and it was too late.

Let me start off by saying that I am well knowledgeable about how Jamba products should taste and am a frequent customer for Jamba juices in LA county. This was my first time EVER going into the location in the marina del Rey. I was unpleasantly greeted with a nasty face from an employee whose name tag read “America”. She obviously did not want me in there so early even though they had been. Open for an hour. Making her fellow employee who was working at the time run around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to do “on-line” orders(I’m assuming) he was assuring me that my drink would would be out soon. I appreciate this young man and how was running around serving everyone while America was walking so slowly with no urgency to her customers in the store. The young man apologized for how long it took but I don’t blame him. I had seen that there was only 2 blenders and told him “it’s okay”. I BLAME management for not having a sense of urgency and making their employees stress out and almost drop smoothies because they’re rushing.this young man almost dropped mine and the lid was not on properly America did NOT even ask fellow employee to help or lend a hand. Simply walked out of site after taking my order. This poor kid needs proper support America should not be working if she doesn’t want to serve customers with a smile. Was wearing a grey collard shirt so hopeful she is a general or district manger and sees that she needs to step it up and HELP HER EMPLOYEES. Tired of seeing lazy managers and management I’D PAY TO...

Management! STORE STAFF NEEDS ADDITIONAL TRAINING! Wow! @Tues 2pm š) Kudos to the young man taking the orders. ²) there is only one girl making all the drinks? Smh this is going to take forever! ³) New staff came through the door walked by the long line complaining loudly how tired she was before her shift started! As a customer that's really NOT what I want to hear! ⁴) 5 more orders were taken after mine. No one here is in a real hurry to work. 20 minutes still waiting for my drink. ⁾) all of a sudden staff is calling out names of customers and putting up drink orders of the five orders that were taken after mine? #discrimination ⁜) at that point I spoke up and I said what happened to my order of two drinks? They just laughed and said oh we'll make them right now, sarcastically saying sorry. IS THERE A WAY TO REFUND THE 25% TIP I GAVE? ⁡) Save your money AND your time, go elsewhere. 30 minutes for fast food smoothies is too long Marina del Rey! UPDATE: JAMBA GENERIC RESPONSE LEADS TO PHONE NUMBER UNANSWERED? TIME TOGET THE HEALTH...
