Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The location here is great on wilshire just west of Barrington.

Jersey Mike's hands down makes the best subs I've had in years. This location is no exception and my hot pastrami reuben sub tasted amazing and so did my Italian coldcut.

The Manager, Jesse, made both subs which were great and this gentleman is very professional, courteous and told me he is from New Jersey(bonus points).

Jesse told me they use Boar's Head Meats which explains why the quality is topshelf.

The other Staffer(didn't get his name)was also on point and asked me if I was done watching the game(which I was); as they were closing up. I liked these guys were down to earth and real but still professional and on point; unlike the robotic service at Subways or downright rude indifference at other chains.

Based on my experience, I'm not getting some of the recent negative comments...just the opposite for me.

The choc fudge cookie dessert was super tasty. I also like that this store is roomy with outdoor seating.

So this is now my favorite subshop in WLA and their store in North Hollywood off Lankershim is my favorite in the Valley.

Attempted to redeem free Giant sub. Cashier asked for a pin that i had not utilized during recent purchases. After many minutes, the person whom I identify as management, non chalantly told me, "Well, you created it, I do not know anything about it." Some customers were happy to see him show distaste for a middle-aged African American female by their overt actions, "the good old boys." I attempted to contact Jersey Mike's via email ( the system would not accept the location). Kept pushing me out of the system. I telephone the 877 number and asked to leave a recording.. I did so. After what felt like over 30 minutes, I located in my JM app how to change a pass code. My sum had been made 30 mins ago. When it was time to give me my sandwich, they located it in another customers sealed bag. I still tipped $4.00. I will NEVER enter this location again. No compassion, friendliness, or appreciation. Thank goodness I did not get a ticket. Also, management and staff should be trained to inform others that they can change their Pass code and word via their app...

Jersey Mike’s has become my go-to spot for subs, and their Rewards Program is a delightful bonus. Earning 12 points for every GIANT sub purchase means that after 12 visits, I’m rewarded with a free GIANT sub.

Their “Mike’s Way” preparation—piling on onions, lettuce, tomatoes, a blend of red wine vinegar and olive oil (fondly called “The Juice”), oregano, and salt—creates a flavor explosion that’s hard to beat. Adding their Hot Chopped Pepper Relish (nicknamed “CPR”) introduces a spicy kick that elevates the sub to a whole new level. 

For those who can’t get enough of the relish, Jersey Mike’s offers it in 16oz jars, allowing fans to enjoy that signature taste at home.

In summary, Jersey Mike’s combines a rewarding loyalty program with mouth-watering subs. Their “Mike’s Way” preparation, especially with a touch of CPR, keeps me coming...
