KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went in through drive through about a month ago! Was tired but repeated the order more than once was missing chicken Little’s went in a young man whom stated he was the manager helped me he got everything together then attempted to charge me again I asked him why as they did not give me the complete order and it was less than 20 minutes he gave me this long spill. I paid…..no problem but they gave me some old chicken as if it had been sitting I again got in the line and the young man as I am asking questions says “damn ….shit” he was clearly irritated with even worse customer service. Never agin will I go to this location not only was there a wait, the customer server was horrible I have been waiting for a call from an area manager or supervisor since that day. That behavior and his tone should not be acceptable, especially when if no one supports the bussiness...

Every table inside was dirty and the floor had pieces of chicken on it by where I ordered. There were 3 young people (2 women-1 man) standing talking to each other behind the counter. There were no customers in the restaurant, except one homeless man using the restroom. After I ordered, I asked if someone could please wipe off a table so we can eat. The young man looked annoyed at me and my senior mother while he walked passed us because we had asked to wipe down the tables. He looked at the chicken that was on the floor on the customer side of the counter and walked by it, without picking it up. We stayed inside for 20 minutes and still no one picked up the chicken. The only "customer" that walked in after us was another homeless person using the restroom. I won't be back to KFC on La Cienega in...

They don't service Chicken Pot Pie at this location. That's all I go to KFC for... That and it taste great with a biscuit and potato wedges.

Secondly... RUDE! Just plain RUDE! On the phone right now... trying to figure out which kfc location serves "chicken pot pie"... Girl picked up the phone... then hung up.

Trying again... phone has been ringing for over 5 minutes. The same girl picksup the phone. Her name is Yaita.. Aeta... I don't know how to pronounce this girls name... FUQING RUDE! And says she doesn't have that info available. This little experiment is over...
