Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I usually don't take my time and write, but today, I will make an exception. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle! On 08/26/2024 in LA, the staff was inattentive the young lady who served us was totally uninterested in doing her job she just tossed the ingredients in the bowls and on the tacos. This location never bothered putting up a "coming soon sign." So lots of people wasted their time going there. When I drove by about two weeks ago, I saw that it was packed inside and assumed that it was already open for business. As I was driving by earlier this week and saw that it was busy inside once again, I decided to stop for food, but an employee came out saying that it was not open to the public yet. Chipotle doesn't respect their customer's time, nor do they have the common sense to put up a sign, like everyone else does. So take this 1...

First, the salad greens were looking rotten, old, and not properly maintained.

No steak, they said it would take 20 minutes: they made me wait 5 min to finish ringing up another customer to tell me that.

The rest of the ingredients: not looking properly maintained. The mild salsa tomato wasn’t even red anymore: it was like orange-yellow.
