I'm someone who normally doesn't submit bad reviews, but the service at this Panda Express was horrible and the food quality was awful. The person who "served" me was Mari C. and she had a terrible attitude from start to finish. Here's a tip for her, if she's having a bad day or hates her job, don't take it out on customers. I went there soon after they opened, figuring that the food would be fresh. Clearly I was wrong, very few entrée selections and the food that was available didn't look too fresh. If I wasn't on a lunch break I would have just left. So I got the two entrée plate, I ordered a premium entrée and the teriyaki chicken. She quickly added the chicken to the plate and headed to the register. So I said "wait, can I have teriyaki sauce?" With an attitude she says, "we ran out." Ran out of teriyaki? Okay whatever, it happens. Why didn't she say that after I asked for teriyaki chicken? What she should have said at the beginning was, "I'm sorry we're out of teriyaki sauce, is that okay? Or would you like something else?" Then I would have either asked for something else or said I'll keep the chicken. In this case I decided to instead go with the orange chicken. Then she got an attitude about me changing the entrée to orange chicken. The quality of the orange chicken was terrible, it was hard and practically inedible. This location needs to be visited by the Panda Express corporate office, unless bad customer service and poor food quality is part of the Panda Express brand. I certainly will...
Read moreAlthough the lines were short which was a plus, the service could use some work. I purchased several items and asked for sauce. I told that I can only have 2...new rule. A rule that was not posted anywhere.I accepted it without being ok with the idea, that I had to use 2 small 1/2 filled cups of sauce to eat with 5 items. As I picked up my food, the cashier gave me a container of sauce that I do not eat, but refused to give me the one that I asked for, and will eat. When I asked if I could just trade it, she said no, and her coworker began to give me this stare of disdain. So much so that I had to ask her if she had an issue with me because I asked to trade for a sauce. The cashier said her just take it, as she placed it on the table. It may seem small to some, but if I pay money for something I expect to receive better service. It was more of a waste to give me what you wanted me to have, and I didn't eat. Then to just provide what I am asking for. If my family wasn't hungry, I would have just asked for my money back...I don't pay for people to stare me down in disgust because I asked for an...
Read moreThis is a no-nonsense, small, order and go Panda Express. There is no inside seating- it is a short single line to order from around 10 entrees, pay and move on. There are 4 outside tables that seat 4 max each. The food has always been fresh here because the turn over is high- there is always someone in line ahead of you, yet I've never waited more than 5 minutes even at rush hour. These workers know what they're doing- very efficient. The price is very affordable, like around $10k for a complete chinese dinner (with generous portions) plus drink. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because they do not let you pour your own drinks. I like extra ice and to mix 60% diet coke with 20% Dr. Pepper & 20% root beer-- too much trouble here. The parking is a challenge (very limited) as this Panda is in a funky strip mall sharing a laundromat and several one-off shops. The area is safe but run-down; however the Panda is clean and new looking. If you can find parking- this is a very good Panda Express experience in a pinch and on a...
