You know what? Perfectly serviceable. It's not the Waldorf Astoria, but you never expected it to be. It's a clean motel in a safe location that's pretty central to downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, wherever you might want to go in greater LA. It was dirt cheap and had FREE PARKING. Do you know how rare that is? Is the room small? Yeah. Is there no hairdryer? Yeah. Is there just sometimes no one at all at the front desk? Yeah. But if you're staying here, how much time are you spending in your room anyway? You're out enjoying LA. Again, perfectly serviceable. It's clean and safe and a great value.

Must see pictures to read more, huge gaps under doors where at night, crickets get into room and land on your body while you’re sleeping, so you must sleep with covers on to avoid them getting on your body and you smashing them when getting startled. Besides I was giving you time to fix the place up,but the sinks are still plugged, 1 week earlier the pipes underneath the sink burst and leaked all over the floor, toilet seats are still the originals, loose old and seat hinges have big bolts through the seat to hold them on, I thought it was getting better, then all of the sudden it worsened again

For the price I paid for this area, this is a great place for a quick trip in the area. It's not the Ritz, and it's older building. I like that it's all on ground floor with plenty of parking right in front of my room - very convenient for loading. It's next to major street so there's car noise but it died down later and I had no trouble sleeping. The room is clean and equipped with refrigerator and microwave. There's no coffee machine but I don't drink coffee or powder cream anyway. There're plenty of coffee shop around. I've been having some business to do and to avoid rush hour traffic, I stay for one night in the area for 4-5 hotels and this one is the best in terms of price. Not many hotels provide you with both microwave and refrigerator. I have health concern and can't live on restaurant foods so I prefer hotels that I can bring healthy meal to...

This is like the cheapest hotel in this area at about $100 a night. They don't require a card deposit upon check-in, which is rare and definitely a plus. The rooms are very basic, but clean. I saw no bugs. There is only a top sheet and a very thin bedspread , no blankets. Two things bothered me. First was that there was water leaking from the bottom of the toilet onto the floor, so not very sanitary. Second was that the fan motor in the air conditioner needed to be replaced as it made a loud grinding sound, making a good night's sleep impossible. I told the attendant about both before I left, but he didn't pay it much mind. The area has nothing to offer and it isn't convenient to anything, but I've been in worse places...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had reservations, called earlier in the day to see if I could check in today instead of tomorrow and was told yes. I arrived and was turned away because I have a small service dog. I was told to check back in a couple of hours because the 2 rooms they had available for service pets was occupied and try a different hotel. I went back to the window to try and ask a question and an older gentleman came out to the window and shoo’d me away and told me there weren’t any rooms available, walked away and closed the door. These people have no customer service skills. It was extremely rude and I will never return and will be sure to let any other nurses traveling, not to pay these...
