KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Placed an order Online through their website 30 mins ahead. When i got to restaurant i told an employee who either seemed to be the supervisor or manager on duty about my order pick up. I could see my food on the counter with my name plastered in big writing on the receipt attached to the bag. She said she needed to see my phone with my name on it so i proceeded to show her the email confirmation i received that not only had my name in small print but also the order number. She stared at my phone and then said that she needed to see my name and wouldn't give me my the food i payed for and walked away. What else was i supposed to show her if not that confirmation email? i even pulled out my I.D so she could see my name and still refused. I then asked a regular employee for help who easily grabbed my order without hesitation and with no issues. Other rude employee could've easily matched the order number from email to the receipt but chose not to because she was on a power trip. Letting those 15 to 20 dollars an hour get to her head while serving chicken. Terrible customer Service and should not be in a managerial position if she cant treat customers with respect and find a simple standard solution...

We walked in thinking we would eat there. But the place was not clean and the tables were not cleared. We should have run, but like idiots we stayed. There was no one there. There was one person at the counter and she said it would take 15 minutes because they were short on cooks. Okay, I thought it would be fresh at lease. We were taking it home.

We waited almost 45 minutes and took our food. KFC is nothing like it used to be, at least this one is not. The food was not good.

We had chicken tenders that were dry and cold (he just made them--I think not). To the dog they went. She loved them so great dog food. The chicken was okay, but the pieces are so small now and the prices are absurd for what you get. The mashed potatoes were fine. The mac and cheese was runny. The dog liked that as well. The biscuits were good.

We won't be back to this one. The staff was nice and that is the best I can say about this place. Oh, and...

Food was normal KFC quality. I asked for 3 piece (meal) and the cashier never asked 3 pieces of chicken or 3 pieces of chicken meal? She said mashed potatoes and gravy and I said yes. KFC offers several side dishes. Got my order without Cole Slaw and I said the picture shows all of the above with biscuit. There is no indoor seating, only outdoor; 2 tables with 4 seats and 1 table with 1 seat. 3 guys were at 1 table and a homeless man had all his stuff on the seats and on the table. I was left with 1 seat table that faces the wall. I thought I lost my seat because I had to go inside and clear up the mess with the Cole Slaw, I think I paid more because I paid for 2 sides separately. I went way out of my way to this KFC because there are not many in Santa Monica or Venice (where I came from). Everybody left and I moved to a better seat with a view of the street to...
