Note: This is a kitchen, not a dine-in location. It was a DoorDash delivery. More than half of my order was missing, including two main dishes that totaled over $70. There is no way to contact the kitchen for assistance. I was promised that if I chose to reorder, the estimated time of arrival would be 25 minutes; however, it has since been updated to over an hour again. Additionally, the driver cannot contact the kitchen on my behalf.
I felt bad for my driver because he asked if I wanted him to come back to check his car, but I didn’t want to put him through that. I believe him, and he even took a photo of the bag he delivered.
I expect better service. It’s unacceptable to receive only half of my food and then have to wait another 1.5 hours for the main dishes, especially without being offered a discount or a return of the $15 reward I used on my order.

Upon arrival to pick up my order, I realized that this not a Kyochon facility, but an online ordering kitchen. I place an order for three 24 pcs of wings and 6 pcs cheese ball. As I picked up the order, I noticed that the bag/packaging seemed a bit small for an order of 72 pcs of wings. Needless to say the order was screwed up and I had to wait an additional 20/30 minutes for them to get the order right. It it worth mentioning that they did give me an extra box of wings (12 pcs) for the screw up and inconvenience, which I appreciated. Read more우버통해서 할인받아 윙을 32개 주문했다. 그런데 샌드위치 하나가 왔다. 한시간반 기다려서 받은게 고작 샌드위치 하나. 그래서 일단 다시한번 똑같은 매뉴 주문했는데 이번엔 할인이 안된 금액으로 결제가 되어서 바로 취소했지만 취소비로 37불이 결제되었다. 우버는 전화가 안되어 채팅으로 말하니 방법이 없다하고 식당 전화번호는 없고 결국 2시간 반동안 열받아 있다가 우버는 컨슈머 서비스에 신고했고 교촌 USA에 컴플레인했고 여기에 식당에 대한 댓글을 쓴다. 물론 일어날 수 있는 사고지만 연락이 이리 안되면 소비자는 어떨지 생각하면 좋겠다. 우버도 잘못했고 식당도 실수 했다. 그럼 소비자만 봉인가? 음식도 안먹고 100불 결제 되었다. 예전에 다른 식당에선 전화와서 사과하고 다시 빨리 음식보내줬다.
I ordered 32 wings at a discounted price through Uber, but instead, I received just a sandwich. After waiting an hour and a half, all I got was a single sandwich. So, I decided to reorder the same menu, but this time, I was charged the full price without the discount. I immediately canceled the order, but a $37 cancellation fee was charged.
Uber has no customer service phone line, so I had to communicate via chat, where they told me there was nothing they could do. The restaurant didn’t have a contact number either. In the end, I was left frustrated for two and a half hours. I reported the issue to Uber’s consumer service, filed a complaint with Kyochon USA, and am now leaving a review here.
Of course, mistakes can happen, but if there’s no way to contact anyone, how is the customer supposed to feel? Uber failed, and the restaurant also made a mistake. So does that mean the customer just has to take the loss? I didn’t even get my food, yet I was charged nearly $100.
