Went out to LA to go shopping, and we randomly found this ghost kitchen. The only other ghost kitchen we know is in Anaheim, so we were surprised to find another one.

Parking: Good luck with finding a spot because there is only street parking. At least it’s free lol!

Ambiance/Environment: Ghost kitchens are only for delivery and takeout. There is no indoor or outdoor seating. Once you see the Kobe mural, then you’ll know you’re at the right place.

Service: You can mobile order, which is the most popular and convenient outlet. Or you can order via the kiosk. That’s what we did, since we came in person. Ordering through the kiosk allows you to see what other restaurants they offer at that location. After we ordered, we just ate in our car.

What we ordered:

  1. OKC Onion Smash Burger - They were not shy with the onions! The onions were perfectly grilled, and there was a generous amount of cheese! The buns were sooo soft. The meat wasn’t salty at all and cooked well.

  2. Jalapeño Smash Burger - This was one of their most popular smash burgers. If you like spicy, then this is for you! Again, the buns were soft, the meat cooked well, and it also had a lot of fresh jalapeños!

  3. Fries w/ house seasoning - Highly recommend their house seasoning rather than plain salt n pepper! Their house seasoning isn’t too salty! Don’t forget to dip with their truffle aioli sauce!

  4. Smash Potatoes w/ house seasoning - Also highly recommend to order this with their house seasoning! These are baby potatoes smashed .. literally lol.

Pricing: Definitely worth it! Their smashed burgers aren’t too salty, and they offer unique...

OKC Smash Burgers is by far one of my top LA spots for some truly good, UNDERRATED Smash Burgers!

There's legitimately high quality options for everyone and their burger preferences here - the regular smash burgers are made with 100% American Wagyu beef, but you could also get it with either Australian or Japanese Wagyu beef if you desire. And if you don't eat meat, they had burger options that are seriously nearly identical in taste and quality that are FULLY vegan!

Located inside of a ghost kitchen off Washington Blvd, it definitely doesn't get the hype that I think it deserves. I really think it deserves a try the next time you're looking for pick-up or delivery take-out, though!

The truffle aioli burger was rich, delectable, without being overly heavy, and was all around perfectly prepared. I also tried the smash burger taco, a really unique creation of there's with the beef smashed into a tortilla. A lighter and enjoyable option as well! The plant-based smash burger I tried was honestly so good and I don't think you'd even notice it being plant-based if you didn't know otherwise. And of course, the good ol' OKC Onion Smash Burger stole the show and was perfectly prepared and had an absolutely delicious sauce to go along with it.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is one of my favorite smash burgers in the entire Los Angeles area. Considering all the other options here as well for plant-based, Australian or Japanese Wagyu, and creative creations such as the taco, and I think this underrated spot deserves a visit from you to try out. I'm nearly certain it'll have you...

I’ve reached out to OkC burgers via email and no response so I’ll go public, so after a long trip from Texas to Los Angeles we decided to gamble on OKC burgers, after our order not going through and having a technical difficulties it finally went through and we were charged $80 for three burgers which we were willing to deal with after the fact of after reviewing the order we were charged for a double halal burger and double wagyu burger and a regular burger which all of them tasted the exact same as if it was the same meat and even worse they all had something crunchy as if there was bones grounded or egg shells mixed in the meat which seems more consistent to all the meats being the same that being it had a crunchy ingredient in them all we were so disgusted and disappointed 🤮 🤢 we literally stopped at McDonald’s and ate burgers from there. After a inadvertent $80 charge for 3 burgers all we were hoping was to have a delicious one of a kind meal that would settle our exhaust and our hunger crave and it was total opposite I don’t recommend and would like my money refunded asap Okc burgers we...

My friend and I were visiting LA for Kcon and found this place because she’s a vegetarian and likes “impossible” food items. They have both vegan and regular meat items, which is always exciting. She ordered their plant nuggets and a side of fries, and I got two smash tacos. The food took almost an hour to get to our hotel (the distance between the two spots is 2 miles from each other). But it was okay because we both enjoyed our food. My smash burger tacos were super flavorful. I just wish they were on a full-size tortilla, because they were good but not worth $7 a piece. I don’t like jalapeños so I took those off, and there were still easy with just the onions, sauce, and cheese. The outer edges of the patty were smashed to perfection. My friend liked her nuggets (she even found an extra nugget in the package), but the fries looked like unseasoned in-n-out fries to me. She had no complaints about them though.

The Service: Pick up or delivery. You can order using the kiosk next to the counter. Super easy to use. I was so pleased to meet with Chef Angel in person. So down to earth! The Food: They know how to make a killer burgers! Everything is made to order using fresh ingredients. I love how they put so much grilled onions on the burgers. The beef patties are very flavorful. Their special sauce definitely make it taste even better. My favorite is definitely the Jalapeno Smash Burger! If you like spicy, you got to try this burger. It's colorful and a great kick for sure. They are very generous with the portion especially the pastrami burger, half a pound! The Parking: Street parking (free). Use the side streets in residential area.
