You can choose green or red sauce for the enchiladas. I chose red and man, was it good! A little spicy and topped with queso fresco. The rice is light and fluffy, and the beans are just like mommas! The quesadilla is made with large, FRESH home-made tortillas. I've NEVER had a quesadilla this good... no lie! Our food took longer than needed and both of plates did not arrive at the same time. We had ordered the tlayuda and enchiladas de mole con quesillo. My mother received her ordered wrong. She received her enchiladas con pollo with a bone despite the waiter telling her she could order how she had asked. She had also asked for Oaxacan horchata and they brought her regular horchata.
