This place is a joke, just like the rest of the government places in this world , they charge you tax dollars for metro and metro services then they expect you to pay a dollar75 for two hours of transfers in one direction as you travel- many stops along the way youāll notice tens of hundreds security guards metro ambassadors and many other metro workers and giving the honest truth 99 percent of all those workers you can guarantee their standing around talking and shooting the breeze doing absolutely nothing youāll ride trains that are so old the plastic breaks thatās appearing on most of the seats are danger zones of bugs and critters hiding in the cracks and your lucky to find someone going threw to mop a little and pick up garbage that takes them less then a minute to complete as you stand around watching a train with no activity for 20 minutes and 2 to 3 minutes from departure they will finally open the doors so you can finally sit down , they have Off peak and on peak hours and take advantage of it and raise prices to hit everyoneās pocket book for more money like the vultures they are , again watching too many people sitting around doing nothing , riding on trains that make you wonder why it hasnāt been scrapped out 20 years ago or at least maintained or cleaned once in a while constantly stepping into elevators filled with real human pee all cause the stupid design doesnāt come with enough rest rooms at all so cause all humans eventually need to pee they go in the elevator t and yes sometimes itās number 2, then youāll find them arresting people for peeing in the elevator as if itās their fault of metros lack of bathrooms in their plans , and as you wait for trains or buses youāll here a loud annoying announcement as you wait as you listen to metro telling you that there stepping up enforcement of illegal drugs and smoking and loud music , now letās break that down a little , first off drugs are non positive law meaning itās not real law it was a law created by Congress to steal and incarcerate people but itās not by we the people like all laws were suppose to be made, secondly if the trains on the b line and the d line werenāt so loud and ear piercing Iām sure you wouldnāt hear a lot of loud music but the speakers only play out an ear hurting screams as the voices come out and sometimes you wonāt even get to hear that the noises are so bad , and every one that works their acts like their royalty and got there noses up in the air and all act like their better then you ,their crappie attitude are-not so pleasant as trains bring you slowly to your destination and to make matters worse they constantly have tax paying police officers coming on board harassing all the people asking them to show them there tap Card which is unconstitutional- you can check tap cards at your entrances before they board but after that it becomes harassment- the reason being is you didnāt have to prove you paid or prove you tapped to ride , or prove you like the color pink you just have to prove you have a tap card so the check they do is not only pointless cause it proves nothing itās harassment and they canāt even do that right - one officer comes in one door and another from the other end of the train car as the one asks you to show him a tap card - you show him he walks to the next seat and repeats - you put your card away - the officer that entered the other end of the car somehow doesnāt seam to know we were all asked already by an officer and weāre asked to show are cards again , again these checks are pointless ,you didnāt need to prove you tapped donāt need to prove nothing except you have one, isnāt that what officers were hired to do at the gates , youāll find them all talking and standing around all doing nothing so if they were doing their job at the gate not one would enter without a tap card right - and now you have to tap before you exit another feature that is just plain crazy. In conclusion to this review you guys got a ton of work to win the patrons that keep you all employed whether you deserve to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAllied Universal Security Services Attn: Human Resources/Legal Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Constant Harassment, Stalking, and Retaliation Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to file a formal and serious complaint against several of your security personnel for persistent harassment, stalking, and retaliation. This behavior appears to be in direct response to a lawsuit I successfully won in court against your company. I have been subjected to this behavior at various locations where Allied Universal provides security services in Southern California. The locations where these incidents have occurred include, but are not limited to: Union Station, Los Angeles: Mira Mesa, San Diego: Mission Valley, San Diego: [List any other specific locations you can recall] The most recent incident occurred today, [Date], at approximately [Time]. I was waiting for a bus at [Specific location, e.g., the bus stop near Union Station]. An Allied Universal security guard, [If you can, provide a description or badge number], approached me and made the following statement: "You been here one hour. Where you going?" This is a clear example of the ongoing harassment I am enduring. I am a private citizen, and I am not obligated to disclose my movements or destinations to your security personnel, especially when I am not engaged in any unlawful activity. This guard, who is not a sworn-in law enforcement officer, was attempting to assert authority he does not possess and was attempting to intimidate me. This incident demonstrates a pattern of your employees attempting to maintain contact with me and interfere with my daily life. I have been subjected to similar instances of being followed, questioned, and intimidated by your security guards at the locations listed above. This pattern of behavior constitutes stalking and retaliation for a legal matter that has already been settled in my favor. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and potentially illegal. I demand that you take immediate and decisive action to cease this harassment. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into these incidents and for the employees involved to be held accountable. I also request that you implement measures to ensure that your security personnel are properly trained on appropriate conduct and understand the boundaries of their authority. I am documenting all of these incidents and will not hesitate to pursue further legal action if this harassment and retaliation continue. I expect a written response to this complaint within [Number] days, outlining the steps you will take to resolve this...
