McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went at midnight, we were the only car, and it still took 10 minutes to receive the food through the drive thru. In addition I felt that the workers were stealing money!!!! They said the credit card system was down, so only cash. They wrote the order in paper which turned out to be an even $38??!!!! When is an order ever a round number with no cents. When I came home I used the McDonald’s app and what I ordered was only $31.80 total on the app. I feel your workers are stealing money McDonald’s. That’s not even the worst part!!! The food was undercooked, both large French fries were barely cooked and were basically raw potatoes and they didn’t even put salt, we had to place it back in our home air fryer. Also I felt the chicken McNuggets were a little undercooked so I also placed it in the air fryer. This was highway robbery, at least cook the food if you are going to pocket the money!!! This review is for the rude and lack of attention to walk-in customers are receiving. Recently like about 5 minutes ago. I had made a request about order after seeing 3 drive thru orders get completed before mind. It was stated by a supervisor with a burgandy color shirt, with bruise like smudge over her left eye, she stated that," Drive-thru gets priority", apparently when orders get place. Was not happy about what she said. It seem, that McDonald's has pushed their employees to prioritize drive-thru employees. In addition, this supervisor could not be bothered to help the cashier prepare the orders to expedite walk-in customers. It was to much for her to listen to this customers request, when she directed her cashier to present my order which was not within my reach for picking up. I hope that all McDonald's are weary about keeping great customer service and not set priority to one area or the other or else you may loose loyalty from more customers, during...

So, here’s a compliment not really on this specific location but pretty much all the locations that show up as “24 hour” but actually only have drive thru open after a certain time. First of all it’s frustrating that eve. In their app you don’t have the full schedule, when the Dine in is open and when it’s only drive thru. Especially as my biggest complain is that when only the drive thru is open, I always have issues. Line are crazy long and then half of the time something come up. They don’t have some of the things, etc, and this time, the system was down so they couldn’t get my mobile order... annoying since I order custom items and I went all the way there to order those and waited in line for 10 minutes... During the day when dine in is open, it’s fine, but don’t get there after store close, not sure what time ?!...
