McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Go there when long drive-thru line only to be told to pull to the side for another 5 minutes to wait on my food so they can pretend like there serving the customers as quickly as corporate wants them to when they're doing the exact opposite. Corporate has it set up so that they serve the customer in a timely manner but this place doesn't want to work as hard as carpet would like them too so they got their own pace and make your own rules then cheat and lie to cover it up. That's the exact opposite of your customer service. Kudos to whoever came up with that game plan. No matter what time of day it is if you drive past that location there are countless cars cars parked in odd spots all over the parking lot waiting for their food. I need ketchup or condiments? These people aren't even smart enough to bring some of them out with them just in case and even if you tell them in the Drive-Thru window it still ain't happening. I tend to see the person who is manager in the afternoon and evening doing this. I actually started going inside and have observed her displaying poor attitude to several different employees also. I think this place was do better if they were to get rid of that one...

The security guard patrolling the restaurant was very rude and disrespectful. My child was out of line and sat on the table. He then asked who's child it was, I said "mine" he then asked "do you let your child sit on the table at home?" I then said "of course not why would you ask me that" he said "well you're neglecting your child letting her sit on the table" I told him to shut the eff up. Told him he was rude and disrespectful to me as a customer and consumer he did not have to speak to me that way" he then said if you don't like it leave" I then got up to speak to m anagement and they were joking about it I asked for the info to his company and she took my name and number on a napkin and said she would give it to her superior. Then as I was speaking to the manager about it he told me to leave or he would place me under arrest. My children then started crying and got very upset. I know it's just McDonald's but I won't ever go...

Gotta say this is one busy Micky D's. I was going to pass this place up upon my initial impressions because how crowded it was in the morning. For real, the parking lot is double most or triple some McDonads and it was almost to full capacity. Then the drive-thru lines had about 10 vehicles in line wrapping around to the street. Well, to my surprise the line inside was super quick! I was in and out in a snap :-)

What I liked... Nice new looking remodel. Super large parking lot with easy parking. Preparation of food was very fast given the amount of customers in the morning rush. It was an extra bonus that both the employees and store patrons were unusually friendly and smiling. That's not the reputation Long Beach has, but certainly nice to see :-)

What I didn't like... Nothing comes to mind.
