I had order 2 order of tacos, chicken wrap, chicken sandwich, jr bacon cheese burger and onion rings. I had came home to eat the food with my family and there was 2 eyelash strips on my onion ring box. I had called and spoke with the manger DANIEL he said I can get my refund back or make a new order of onion rings and they had forgot my chicken wrap which o mentioned to him and he was like yes I know they forgot to pack it and I was waiting for you to call to complain. I had took my foods back to get a full refund and I asked to speak with DANIEL and I was told by Siarie which I’m guessing she is another type of manager that I could not talk to him and what was going on. I stated that I was the one that called about finding eyelashes on my onion ring box she was completely rude and had no customer service skills. I did t even get a sorry for the inconvenience or anything just asked for my receipt and rolled her eyes. I told her that’s your customer service skills. She didn’t even look into the bag and just threw it away and told me to swipe my card. I then did and the whole time I was standing there the manager DANIEL kept on looking at us and talking to her threw her head set. I am trying to be a better person and learn to rise above, however the term “customer service” has become synonymous (interchangeable) with angry teens or bitter individuals who couldn’t do anything else for a career. I’m sure they are yelled at least once a day. The drive thru order taker also the cashier and gave the food, all while trying to take additional orders. Maybe the employee was new or inexperienced with the window. While exiting I reached for a straw, and didn’t find any. Parked and went into dining room. I had to get someone’s attention because no one even looked up. I said I didn’t get straws. The way the manager responded tells me that this was not the first time this had occurred. She said that I had to ask for straws. I said that is ridiculous, since when? I was advised that it was not her fault that I didn’t read the sign. I wasn’t aware of the new straw request policy that has just been made into a law, apparently. Luckily the straw protection Bureau agent currently employed at 600 s gaffey was there to intervene. Our meeting ended in the exchange of swear words and the hope of holy intervention. I can go elsewhere. Read moreIf i can give it a zero star i would, i have to say this is probably one of the worst Jack in the Box area i have ever been too. i have been to many Jacks and they are completely great, just not this location.
When i sat down, waiting for the food to be called out, legit 10 minutes later they called out my number, like it does not take 10 minutes to receive the food, i simply ordered a burger combo, when the drive through is empty and at least 3 people were eating inside the place.
I was eating with some friends, you know chatting n all, until the manager came up to us saying "you can't be here for more than 30 minutes" like lady, you delayed my order badly, how come they don't say that to the other person next to me?? They been there longer than me. They want to kick us out cause they think we are doing something "bad" which i hardly see anyone getting kicked out in any jack in the box locations.
