Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I called over the phone to place a small order a Turkey bacon bagel san with no avocado and they made it seem like it was impossible to make because it come with avocado smh they placed me on hold for over 20min. once I arrived the order still wasn’t taken/got started. their location was empty with 4 workers and no one was able to help me just left me on the phone. once my sandwich was made it was still wrong had hair, orange juice had went bad it was not fresh. And location did not smell sanitar. A lady with a lot of make up (worker)was very rude said if we don’t like the service to just not go back (yelling). definitely not going back and don’t recommend it at all...

Walked in with a good mood and attitude then the lady charges me the wrong amount and says I need to pay extra without a valid reason and says the prices are different than the menu. I moved on from this, then I asked for my sandwich well done and it comes out barely cooked. When I asked them if they could cook it some more the dumb lady has the audacity to argue with me like I’m blind! And says that it is well done, then her manager confirms it needed to go through the toaster a few more times for it to be well done. A bunch of dim wits working with half wits. Never coming...

I LOVE your chocolate French crullers but after waiting for a couple of months for the machine to finally be fixed I call and am told "no crullers today"!! I've gotten this answer many mornings... I can't believe that the night shift is not capable of doing their job.....Making Donuts!! I'll be getting my donuts from somewhere else from now on. I've seen other reviews of your location complaining about the night guy. If you're not going to have them then take them off the menu and let...
