Last night 11/26/17 around 10:45pm, my best friend and i went to McDonald's located at 1071 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90037 where i ordered a sweet bbq bacon burger. I was extremely hungry after long days work and thought before i enjoy a night out with my friends id grab a bite from my local McDonald's. Everything was pleasant until i attempt to live on the edge a little by eating and driving at the same time. I grab my burger and realize, THERE IS NO BOTTOM BUN. I was horrified that the bun, the foundation of a burger, was MISSING. I drove around, parked, and walked up to the pick up window (dine in area was closed) and showed the employee where she was sincerely apologetic. she takes the burger, showed the food handler his mistake of no bottom bun, and the food handler appeared more out raged than me causing me to now be up set. there was a short period of back and forth between the employees (unfortunately i couldnt make out what the food handler was saying clearly but there was definitely an attitude in tone) the food handler places the bun inside the carton and places the now cold original items ontop of the freshly warm bun. The lady begins to walk the burger over to place it in the bag and i stopped her and demanded a fresh burger considering now only the new bun is hot. I then was informed by the food handler in a very aggressive manner that it would take about 5 mins. I stated, its fine considereing your in such a rush and messing up guest orders you shouldve made it without hesitation or fuss. I walked away to allow the lady at the window to assist other guest came back after five minutes where i received a fresh complete burger. The lady at the window apologizes again and i reassured her that it wasnt her fault that it was the food handlers fault and she handled the situation accordingly. This is my neighborhood McDonald's and to be made to feel by the food handler that im slowing down orders because someone caught his mistake on his work which hard working people pay for is very discouraging. Furthermore, Employees should take pride in there job no matter if it is a corporate job or a food handler position. They should also be aware that no one is perfect that we all make mistakes; the goal is to own it, correct it, and make it right. I shouldnt have felt aggression from just wanting to purchase a properly made burger. If the food handler has this aggression i could only imagine what happens amongst the management team, let alone...

I wait a minute and decide to go inside there’s 1-2 people in the front working register mostly some woman with glasses
I’m waiting to be attended because another customer had an issue when they ordered
I let the person know I had a mobile order she asks me for my code or something I say nothing pops up for me on the app
I tried to show her my receipt on the app I tried to show her my email confirmation she didn’t even want to look at it
I tell her it’s a curbside mobile order she said they’ve been waiting & went outside to look for me….but how? I never clicked I was there until I parked???
my food was COLD!!! my soda was FLAT!!! the fries were nasty and salty af!! the burger was gross….
how could my food be cold if I had just clicked the “continue with curbside”?? it seems they made my food as soon as I ordered it or gave me someone else’s old food SMH!
Idk what’s up with the food here I wouldn’t give any stars if possible I regret ordering food here! I wish I had just driver further down to the next McDonalds in the area!

Good thing I did because I would of gotten home and that would of been upsetting. The lady on the window, which was the manager I believe, told me it was correct and I'm like, I just opened it I know it's not. I had to show her cuz she looked at me like she didn't believe me. Anyway, they changed it. But then, I had also ordered a caramel ice coffee, they did give it to me as part of my order, which was the main reason why I went to McDonald's, for the coffee that I relied on so I can focus on my studyng. BUT when I got home, the coffee tasted like nothing. I mixed and mixed and nothing. I just spend money there and bought a few things even though the coffee was the main thing I went for, I don't know who made it, but they did a horrible job, careless job, and now I have a bitter tasteless coffee.
