Went through the drive thru with friends yesterday at around 11pm, and first of all 1) NO ONE answered the machine for a full 5+ minutes (no warning or even just a heads up to wait), leading us to wonder whether anyone was there at all. This is despite us regularly checking in to ask if anyone was there. 2) When we FINALLY moved forward, deciding that maybe we had to speak in front, we hear someone on the speaker say "Hello?", but we couldn't even reverse because another car was behind us. 3) The process was SO slow. The 2 cars ahead of us took a very long time to get their orders. Genuinely the first time I've ever seen fast food be so slow. 4) We reach the payment window, and NO ONE is there once again. We see an employee pass by, and she definitely glances at us but keeps walking past...We wait there for probably another 5 minutes with no one pulling up (and we couldn't exit either because there were cars behind and ahead of us). Insane. At any other McDonalds, the entire drive thru process is about that time. 5) Finally we reach the pick up window...and once again NO ONE is there. Then finally an employee shows up asking us to confirm our order (but of course, it's the order of the person behind us because we never even got the chance to order). So we ask why no one was at the answering machine, payment window, etc. despite the long wait time, and the employee/manager answers in a very irritated manner that we'll have to go back around and that "she's understaffed".....Not even an apology of any sort. So of course, we end up leaving for another McDonalds location 5 mins away because we're not about to go through all that again, and service there was excellent and quick. In total, we were at that drive thru for nearly 20 minutes. Management seriously needs to step up here, whether its hiring more employees or whatever it takes, because genuinely do not understand how service can be this awful. 10/10 do...
Read moreFinally a McDonald's that served my food exactly how I ordered it and how I expected it to be. I can't even tell you guys how many times I have gotten jipped on fries for example, buying large fries and only getting a medium size amount in the large size container but paying the higher large size fries price.
I'm just glad I got my order right. Please keep that going.

Came in through drive thru again and got some breakfast as i was in the area again and sure enough my food was givent to me exactly as i ordered it. Im really liking this McDonald's location alot. Ill admit that the surroundings aren't that great and once you stop by you will see why but it cant be helped, times are tough and im just glad to be working, another cool thing about this location is that my points for the Mcrewards app was credited and i didnt have to submit my receipt to get rhe credit given to me. This was also a nice experience as sometimes im a little short on cash and want to get a full meal but cant so i use thw rewards to get a burger, i then just order some fries and a drink to go and im set for the rest of the long hour shift.

Read moreWorst Mc donalds experience. I ordered 3big mac artis box repeated 3 times and still got my order wrong. I said fine charge me the difference and give me the toy. NO. The manager refused to modify my order. I also told the lady no onion on none of the big macs (to make it easy), yet I got 1 no onion, 1 no pickle, and 1 regular. Furthermore, their soda machine was not working, I said its fine I dont want the drinks. The lady taking my order said "I have to give you a drink" she never said you can substitute the soda but you will have to pay the difference on the substitute drinks. Otherwise I would not have gotten anything else. Other than the fountain drinks my coworkers ( who I was trying to buy the artist box for) don't drink anything else. Finally, I ordered a 6 pcs chicken nugget and got no sauces. I understand that they were busy and I understand that they might be short staffed, but to not even try to fix my order when your employee took down the order wrong in the 1st place is unacceptable. I couldn't even tell the girl that took my order that it was wrong because the manager was busy fixing someone else's order whose order may or may not have been taken by the same lady.
