Every time I come to this McDonald's they miss something on the order. I have to drive back over and over again. So by the time I get back to my house the other food is cold. I just spent 53 dollars on an order. I called and somebody said their name was Beatrice and that they were the manager. She said she couldn't help me because she's leaving at 5:30 and that was exactly 5:30. She told me to drive back to the store and I told her that every time I drive back to the store that means the rest of the food gets cold what else can she do for me she said nothing she can only give me the sandwich. I've ordered from here over and over again and this will be the last time as a matter of fact it might be the last time I ordered from McDonald's if this doesn't get taken care of cuz that's not right for me to have to drive back to the store every single time and then miss my food. She told me that I can come back tomorrow and I told her if I go back tomorrow that's not what I was planning on I was planning on ordering the food sitting down and eating all of it. So tomorrow when I get the missing food I'm only going to be able to eat that I won't have a drink I won't have the fries with it that's not what I was looking for. order she told me I should check my order. I told her she's the one getting paid by the hour, that she's the one who should be checking the order. So with all the missing items it's basically a waste of my money to come here. I think they should replace everything so that way I can eat it the way it was intended to with all the stuff in the order not missing stuff and then eating the other stuff the next day. And this place should seriously be retrained for them to check the order because I'm sure that I'm not the only one going through missing orders it seems like every time I make my order for sure there's something...
Read moreJust had a horrible experience here, and Anthony the manager did little to help the situation. I ordered a meal and choose a table not near anyone else to eat. About a quarter of the way through my meal, two adult females and an infant in a stroller came in (not wearing masks) and started using one of the kiosks to place their order. Two problems here…1-they were not wearing masks as required and 2-the the kiosk was so close to my table that I could have literally reached out and touched one of the females using the machine. Rather than make a scene by asking the offending people to put a mask on (which I felt would lead to a confrontation), I went to the counter and brought it to the manager…Anthony who didn’t seem particularly willing to help. I simply wanted him to enforce the indoor dining rules. I also suggest (trying to be helpful) that they not use that particular kiosk due to the proximity to the table I (or others ) were eating. Apologies for the length of this review btw. What insued turned into a very uncomfortable confrontation between myself and one of the females who had heard or scene me talking to the manager and approached and proceeded to tell why it was ok to not wear a mask (in-spite of the science behind it and the rules of the restaurant). All the while the manager Anthony made NO attempt to intervene even to ask the females to put a mask during the confrontation. Things got so bad that I actually called 911 to keep the peace, but cancelled the call because the people left the facility when their order was ready. Read moreI had a very bad experience at this Mc Donalds. I purchased a cup of coffee. When I took it by the top to place it in the cup holder, the lid came off and spilled the whole cup all over the front seat and console of my car. Now anyone can make a mistake or be inattentive, but what happened next was not excusable to me. I attempted to contact the Franchisee and instead got a girl who said she was in charge named Sonia! She wouldn't give me a number for the Franchise owners. I then called Corporate and spoke with Customer Service. They heard me out and said I would be contacted by the Franchisees not the restaurant. I was called later that evening by a women who said she was in charge and told me no one worked there named Sonia! She heard me out and told she'd have a Manager call me in about 10 minutes. No one did. I called Corporate and they said their only obligation was to notify the Franchisee. This is A bad organization. They lie rather than deal with a customer service issue. I wasn't hurt by the Hot Coffee spilling on my hand. I cleaned up my car so there was no cost there. I just was asking for someone to take responsibility, obviously there is no accountability at this McDonald's, this Franchise owns several in the area. I will not be going to any of them again.
