Each time I come to this McDonald's my experiences just keep getting more worse. Approximately a week ago the drive-thru line had 8 cars in it and for 9 minutes the whole entire line did not move. The same car that was waiting at the window was still there waiting on their food. After 7 minutes I called the store from the drive-through and ask to speak to a manager. I could see the guy I was speaking to from the drive through through the window and I explained to him that I was waiting in the Drive-Thru line and it had been 7 minutes where the car waiting on their food has not moved and asked him if they could tell that car to pull over in the waiting area so that the rest of the line could move through since it had been such a long time with no movement. That manager hung up on me. I seen him do it. Today I go inside and Order a large drink and a sausage biscuit. The sausage biscuit is $0.99 and the drink was $0.99. After I had paid for the order and was waiting for my sausage biscuit to come I realized the receipt said a sausage egg biscuit which totaled $4.29. I told one of the managers that the wrong sandwich was rung up and she gives me a 1.78 back in cash. She then just walked away. I got her attention and said the amount she gave me back was incorrect. She then did some incorrect math and her head and told me all she has to give me back his $0.15. I again told her her math was wrong because the sausage biscuit is $0.99 and the sandwich they rang me up for was $4.29. She then had to pull out her cell phone and do the calculations and then she said okay I have to give you a dollar back. The entire time she had an attitude and on top of that when I went to get ice in the lobby for my drink there was no ice. So then I had to go back to the counter and ask for ice. The people at this location seem to mess up more often than not and then have an attitude when someone asks them to fix the problem. I also had an issue with another manager at this location where my mobile McDonald's app order was never brought to the curbside. 20 minutes of waiting and I go inside and the manager says there was a problem in their system so they did not see the order. I didn't get an apology for having to wait 20 + minutes. Another time I asked that same manager for help with the mobile app and she wouldn't even talk to me and told the other employees to help me because she didn't want to. It's real simple customer service when you think about it. All they have to do is take your order, make your food, and give it to you. But when they keep messing up on almost everything they do and then not take responsibility for that or even say I apologize for the inconvenience, that's where I have a problem. * 10-4-18 Update: today I went through the drive-thru and only ordered a large Coca-Cola. I get approximately a mile and a half away and take my first drink only to realize they gave me Diet Coke. I absolutely hate the taste of diet soda. So I had to fight morning traffic to go back in the opposite direction, go inside because the drive-thru line was long, then wait inline at their pick up counter and then tell their shift manager that they keep messing up on fairly basic things like giving me Diet Coke this morning instead of regular Coke. * 10-6-18 Update: the drive-thru line was extremely long and I know it can take quite a while to get through a line like that here so I go inside and the line there was even longer. All of the kiosks were not functioning and they had one cash register open with 14 people in line which stretched all the way to the door. I immediately left and went somewhere else. A few days ago their system also was down inside the store so they were unable to process my transaction through the drive-thru after I waited in there line. * 10-9-18 Update: today they could not accept any mobile orders or coupons from the application. * 10-23-18 Update: signs posted inside that none of their soda machines are working. All they have is coffee, tea and milk.

The food was prepared well. The only thing that bothered me from the moment I walked in was the security guard’s look. He was watching me in a very suspicious and aggressive way. Then, during my meal, he kept walking around the dining area, staring in a very intense, almost piercing manner. And when our eyes met, he would smile. When I was leaving, a locksmith was repairing the back door, and it wasn’t working. There were “Wet Floor” signs placed there. Usually, you just carefully walk around such signs, but he stopped me and said, “Stop, the door here is closed, you can see that,” and also added, “You even tried to jump over the signs.” He looked at me as if I had committed some sort of crime. This completely ruined the overall dining experience.

My new favorite order at McDonald’s. The Quarter Pounder with Big Mac sauce! I’m personally not the biggest fan of the Big Mac. The middle bun is just unnecessary to me. But one can’t deny the Big Mac sauce is one of the best sauces at McDonald’s. Combing that with the Quarter pounder easily makes it the best burger here in my opinion. I don’t believe they will put it on the burger itself, so just ask for a side of it over the counter and put it on yourself. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. This was also my first time trying the spicy Buffalo sauce with the McNuggets. A very underrated sauce! Nothing beats the sweet ‘n sour, but nonetheless I enjoyed it.

i rate no stars and i went there this morning ordered a vanilla latte (large) paid $3.48 drove to work which is less than a mile from the store.. 1st off when the young man handed me the coffee the lid was not on correctly.. so i had to make sure it was on tight. I then drove directly to my office, opened up and within 10 minutes of leaving mac donalds i then took a sip of the coffee..it was ICE COLD and was a coffee with cream no latte. As i looked closer I noticed the cup had a coffee stain around the bottom of the cup. I suppose this is from the fact that the coffee was someone elses and had sat there all morning. Hey mac donalds throw your mistakes away..are you that cheap that you cannot have your employees own up to errors and take the blame and move on. Instead you just pass on the errors to un-suspecting consumers. I know that my 1 latte a day is not even a blip on your radar but i will not be going to your store again. Who knows who's germs i put into my mouth by taking that 1st sip of someone elses returned coffee order. I just want to throw up. I suffer from RA and must beware of any and all exposure to any outside germs due to the medication i take to offset the arthritis flare ups. Once...

I love the new look ,the staff are human, they make your visit fast and friendly . Every time I come here I see smiles , unless you hate people , the staff do a great job making and giving you the correct order, From the visuals to the cleanliness and also before I forget the fact they are greatious when u ask for condiments.. I see them as extended family they don't always act like robots and the fact that they can remember what you like when you come back makes me understand fast food. They deserve RESPECT because they are available 24/7.....just remember they have family's and problems stop being a jerk and love them for whatever reason you come to McDonald's, allow them to make your order right if you feel like you deserve it...long live peace and good vibes , always with love and scatter mine to those who don't comprehend the fact that your demands can be high but they make sure you leave and come back happy ! Shout out to the staff happy new year and to all have a great year don't be so rude over the past lets be happy we have a great location to serve us on the way to work and also remember we...
