I made a Mobil order at 1:12am to be very exact. My boyfriend then went to pick up my food for me. The manager refused to give him my food. My boyfriend then picks me up. The manager still refuses to give me my food because he couldn’t confirm it was my food. Mind you I have the receipt on my phone and a screenshot of it. The two employees are trying their best to help me confirm on the app that I am at the right location. Turns out I am at the correct location the manager just refused to give me my food. I then ask for a refund, they refuse saying it has to be done on the app. I tried on the app it won’t let me without a restaurant receipt. The two regular employees helped me out way more than the manager who literally hid in his office. The manager also refused to give me his name and told me to “google it”. This location needs to train that manager better or fire him and promote the two normal employees who tried everything they could to help me. I was also there intell 2am so almost an hour of my waiting to get my food. I tried to take a picture of this manager but he turned an dan away, probably because he knew he was in the wrong. I’m currently waiting for corporate to open so I can make sure I get my refund and if they don’t give it to me I’m just going to place a charge back on my card since I did not receive the food...
Read moreThis place is always a hot mess. There was a time when I wanted to blame the staff but the turnover is high. It seems to not really reside on the individual staff members but maybe a management issue. There is always a problem with my orders, when using the app.
The wait time for curbside pickup is definitely over the promised time limit. And one time they just never even showed up to deliver us our food while plenty of other cars that arrived after us came and went.
When I finally went inside to take my order myself, the manager then told me that they didn’t have one of the special items that we had on order and wanted to know if I wanted to replace it with something else because he couldn’t refund me the price.
Keep in mind that we sat waiting in the car patiently until our patience ran out and yet no one bothered to ask us about this problem with our order. And once the manager did handover my order, he was unable to determine which of the drinks was white. They were different colours but they were new to the menu. That’s why I was asking as I had never ordered them before.
However this location is convenient and things generally go okay if you order at the counter or at the drive-through. And because it’s a high traffic area, I just don’t think there’s enough motivation for management to care whether they have a properly trained staff or not because business will...
Read moreThis morning on 7/17/2025 @ approximately 05:35 AM I ordered breakfast for my coworkers and I when my order was taken from the loud speaker from whom I later found out was the manager at that time. She was extremely rude for no reason after I asked what my total was at the end of my order. She cut me off as I was speaking and quickly said “and it’s card only” as to push me through the drive thru. When I got to the window I was greeted by a much nicer and respectful young lady who I asked to add a hash brown to my order that I was not allowed to add at the speaker because the manager was not patient enough to allow me to finish my order. I then with my own eyes saw the manager behind the nicer young lady throw my hash brown in the bag, not place it in the bag, she through it. When I got my food from the nicer young lady I asked her if that was her manager and she said yes. I then asked her what was with her attitude and if there was something I did wrong for her to treat me so badly . The nicer young lady did apologize which I did appreciate but I left there feeling horrible and not wanting to return. I’ve never had an experience like this ever in my life.
