The staff have to be the spawn of the devil himself. Remodel or not its still inhabited by the saddest, incompetent collective body of humans I’ve to date conversed with. One lied to police, siding with a tow truck guys from (Lying) Legion tow company under the name of Skidbusters- saying he witnessed me running to jump into my car when I noticed it was being towed. When actually I was passed out in the car while being jacked up and after the back end was in the air the driver bangs on the driver window to wake up and call my financial institution. Mind you I’m fighting cancer for a 2nd time in life and the car was a temporary home.
Fast forward, there were two cameras mounted to the restaurant capturing the real truth.
Jasmine, the Area Manager, has lied and avoided my calls and letter requesting the preserve of that time and date per request of an attorney. On the 4th attempt and actually speaking- she states, she can only release the footage to a detective in person/or through email. That move is then made and she fails to forward the footage. A follow up call is made to McDonald’s Corp to seek assistance with retaining the truth. The request is answered by a phone call by no other than Jasmine spatting that the video footage is no longer available.
It’s not hard for anyone to read between the lines of what has transpired here. You must be a cold-hearted snake or possess a deep hatred to not easy assist someone in dire need to reveal truth for their mere daily survival for their failing body.
Over many years of being schooled in leadership by some of New York Cities finest mentors it was always stated “a leaders staff is a direct reflection of themselves.” So there you have it in a nut shell- if reading other remarks about the location. How the staff watched a person be robbed and make no attempt to even make a call for authorities to respond.
If they don’t care about safety of their patrons and lie to authorities, do you think they care about the preparation of the food that is ordered and consumed? I’ll let you decide that choice when you find yourself choosing a place near West Washington Blvd to nourish your body.
God bless and keep allspirits who do right safe...
Read moreI've been coming to this McDonalds at least once a week for the last seven years. I've spent thousands of dollars here. The food, for the most part, has been freshly made and fine.
Tonight is the first time I had a truly infuriating experience (2/24/2022 around 8:45 pm).
The cashier takes my card, hands it back without a receipt, and says "go ahead and make your way to window number 2". This particular drive-thru has 3 windows : the cashier window, pick up window 1, and pick up window 2. For seven years I have never been sent directly to window number 2 from the cashier, but hey I heard what I heard and maybe they're trying something new or maybe the guy in front of me had a huge order. So I go there, and proceeded to wait for five minutes while 3 other cars get their food and go.
Eventually I had to get out of the car and call out to person in pickup window 1 to get some help, the manager came and I told him I was sent here to window 2 and where's my food. So faced with an irate, hungry, tired customer, what is this manager's response?
"That's a lie". "She wouldn't say that. She would say next window." "She would say second window", second window is right there."
Ok. So I wasn't given a receipt. I was told with clear instructions to go to window number 2 (which literally has a sign with the number 2 over it). They obviously didn't pay attention and already gave my order away to some jackass who stole my food. And now I'm being called a liar and I guess I'm also senile and hard-of-hearing.
Is this how managers are trained at McDonalds? When faced with someone who is already angry having to wait extra due to YOUR mistake, you are trained to start off with "that's a lie"? How about take my card and confirm I made an order(instead of me having to open my banking app to show you the charge)? How about first asking, "what is your order sir?" (even though I already told you?)
No. Your first assumption is the...
Read moreI ordered a large sweet iced tea on the kiosk. The counter called my number and I received a cup. I went over and I poured me some sweet tea at the drink machines. The sweet tea was unsweet. When I went up there there was this girl with a cross necklace or a Jesus peace necklace who saw me standing there waiting for her attention. Instead she just keeps organizing the sauce. I didn’t mind waiting until she was done. Of course when A Hispanic family approached the counter she stopped everything she was doing to serve them. Disregarding me standing there first. I felt very disrespected and devalued as a customer. Eventually, The girl who gave me my cup approach the counter and I told her that he is unsweet . she asked am I sure that I got the right one? as if I couldn’t read or something. I assured her I did. She went to check anyway. At this point I just wanted a refund. She said I can give you some that we have in the back but it’s the same as the one out front. No it was not the same, the one they had in the back was actually sweet. I asked her for light ice & she gave me no ice. I approach the counter again because I wanted to order some nuggets. There was a Hispanic guy in front of me of course the girl with the Jesus peace or cross necklace Serviced him and when she was done, again saw me standing there and disregarded me. I brought this to the managers attention and all she said was OK she’ll look out for that. All she had to do was run the cameras back. I honestly felt like she didn’t care either. I honestly felt like it was because of the color of my skin. And if I had known that I'd have never came to that location in the...
