McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Gabriella was the cashier. She left me standing in line for 25 minutes. Refuse to service me kept walking by looking at me smiling, buy then another African American join me, We then request the manager to get service the manager who came her name was Anita, I was telling her, what happened, Why am I not being service? Why is it taking so long? She just stood there and ignored me refused to answer me. So with the manager I placed my order which was just as sweet tea because I was so irritated from standing for 25 minutes. That I know longer had an appetite. So Gabriel the cashier makes my sweet Tea and she spits in it and brings it to me and she's laughing and tells me to enjoy it. And it felled with white spit foam, I ask for a refund because I can see what it is and what it is and what it was. I think this is a prejudice McDonald's. Because there was another black lady behind me who also did not receive service, who also is complaining, neither one of them the cashier or manager care to offer any apology any type of customers service However, the people that were there before me were Hispanic and white and they receive service. I don't recommend African Americans going to McDonald's on la brea and Obama blvd. That location dies not Believe in giving customer service to African American individuals very disrespectful.Gabriella kept laughing the whole time.She thought the whole situation was funny. She thought I was about to drink her spit. Then the wonder why people get attack in the fast food industry because of that...

This Mc Donald's is in my community. I m not sure what is wrong with them exactly. I m not sure if they need more training emphasizing the drive thru orders.... or if it is too fast putting the orders inside the bags. All the time that I order my food through the drive thru there is always something missing. And it just gets me deep. Because I cannot come back right away to tell them that there was something missing that i paid for it. Today they did not put my yogurt parfait inside. I ordered several items and really thought everything was there. When I found out there was a missing item, I called. Nobody answered. But there was a recording asking for my phone number and to specified my calling. I left a message. I was thinking I could go back and pick it up on my way to work, because it was an item that I paid for. Well, nobody called me back.

In the past, they forgot to add the tomato and lettuce to the fish sandwiches... one time I went back and they added the lettuce and tomato. But it bothers me all that time that I spent coming back so they could do...

This is one of the best McDonald's in LA. I never thought I'd write a review for a McDonald's but here i am because this specific restaurant warrants it. Everytime I go to another McDonald's in LA, I wish it was this one and I'll tell you all why. I go here once a week through the drive thru as my fast food treat since it is by my work. I consistently see the same employees working here which is rare for a McDonald's. The food is always top quality (actually hot, fresh, and properly salted fries) and preparation ( nuggets are crisped to perfection) for a McDonald's and they hardly ever get my order wrong. I think it has only been wrong once in the 4 years I've been going here. Also, they actually know what extra pickles means and give me at least 5-7. This is a big deal as a pickle lover who always asks for extra and gets only 3 pickles at other McDonald's restaurants. If the drive thru line is long it goes pretty quickly though I have waited 20 plus minutes a couple of times during the lunch rush but that is rare. Highly recommend if you are in the area...
