This message is for Marro or McMarro as it is posted everywhere that it owned and locally operated. Must be one of the biggest in McDonaldâs To be posted on all your McDonaldâs. My Order is 525 and i was there on Friday Mar 29 if by any chance you look in your cameras youâll see me Iâll post the receipt so you can have all the details. I am an exMcDonaldâs worker/veteran of McDâs. Circa 1991-95 If memory serves me right. I write reviews and dont do it for free food. So please spare me the set âsorryâ and hereâs a burger on us. I?like to do this as a hobby and McDâs guidelines is so engraved in me. I canât forget them even if I wanted to. Both places that i have been through are nice. The other place had some work being done. And it ran through lobby. A review on that will be soon. AS I walked in this location. There were people in the lobby. Not overly busy, but a good amount. It looked like they were waiting for their orders. As I ordered I noticed you dont have the Double Filet-o-fish on the computer menu. Luckily one of the employees was helping a customer on the computer next to me. I asked her about the filet thing and she said just order it and pay for it and go up to the register and tell them you want a double on the FoF. One thing she did not mention was dont pay and pay at the register and tell the person you want a double on the FoF. Something told me to do that because I am sure I need to get charged for it. So before I payed I needed to use the bathroom. I asked the employee with a brown shirt to buzz me in to use the bathroom. As I walked into the bathroom there was coffee spilled on the floor. Here is an opportunity to claim a slip and fall. When I came out of the bathroom, I looked for yellow sign to put over the spill. Now I could have said Itâs not my job and possibly you would had a headache. I told the guy with the brown shirt of the mess on the floor. Not much gratitude. Just a nod and âokâ. The lobby needed The plastic placards of the tables, you know the numbers that indicate where your sitting. So thinking there going to bring the food to our table We waited a good minute and they called us. As some how they thought it was to go. Receipts for employees need to be printed whether food is to be enjoyed at your establishment or eaten at home. Meanwhile the coffee that was on the floor was still not removed. As if the sign gave em extra time or something. You know back in the 90âs we took so much pride in our store and the crazy thing about that was, we only made 4.25 an hour. How things have changed. The guy with the brown shirt would have been sent home for not having proper uniform. Shirt was not tucked in just dressed as if his shift was over. I know working McDâs is not exclusive, but we carried ourselves better than that. Just my two cents and experience. But how times have changed. The oil on the FoF needed to be changed the filet was looking a little brown. This is what i saw as customer I dont have a way to tell you privately. Either wise I would. Here your chance to fix it McMarro and stand to McDonaldâs standards. Iâll be visiting again in a month or so. Overall cleanliness was great. I Iike how you get into...
Read moreOn Monday, 10/27/25, I ordered two deluxe breakfasts and a large coffee. I used the drive thru to save time, however the communication was spotty over the intercom. When I saw that there was a bag charge I asked to have it removed and that I did not need a bag. The cashier said she was unable to hear and she charge the $0.10 fee plus tax $0.01. The cashier was unable or unwilling to refund the bag fee and said that I should get a refund in the second window. At the second window I asked for my refund and was met with three confused employees, one who appeared to be the manager. Their demeanor was stoic and non customer centric. The manager raised her voice and said "what's the problem." I explained to her that I did not want to pay a bag fee, to which she said " oh, you don't need a bag? " To which I said " no I do not." She left for several minutes and returned with a tray with my food on it. She initially did not want to hand me the tray, but I insisted on bringing it into my car and taking the food off. She had included the hash browns, pancakes, sausage and bacon. On the tray there were also the syrup, ketchup and some jelly, but no utensils were included. I handed back the tray with the butter and jelly to which the manager asked if I did not want them. I confirmed that I did not want them. She then gave me back a ten cent coin. I asked about the tax on the item, which for the are is just under 10%, which is normally rounded to $0.01. she looked confused and said that the bag fee was only $0.10. I tried to explain that the charge had tax applied. Now, I know that $0.10 is not going to break me, but what I find offensive is the attitude of the manager and the lack of knowledge about the process. First, using multiple employees to solve a small issue is costing the franchise more money than the $0.10 + tax charge. Second, the lack of understanding about how the system works in not knowing that there is a tax for each item sold is a lack of training. I am not happy to have to try and train these folks when they should already be well versed on how things work at a location which they are managing. This experience alone has me wanting to avoid this location if not the restaurant chain. It is the principal that matters, for if there is a lack of understanding about something this simple what other larger items can possibly be missed by...
Read moreMy nuggets looked crispy but tasted a week old in texture and freshness. Same with the mc chicken i got in the same order, just tases like "this isnt as good as i thought it would be or as usual but im not going to let it go to waste". Its not like im ordering food at 1am either. Its 6pm people coming off of work some people even coming for dinner and the foods being served this weak?? Fries were soft aswell. I usually dont go to this location but i was in the area. Not sure if the management is bad/lazy/blind. I didint want to type a paragraph as i was eating my food but when i go to mcdonalds i expect fast food but freshly made good tasting fast food .. the nuggets i understand sometimes you can get unlucky to where their not fresh but the sandwitch and the fries aswell? Feel like i got food at 3am where everything was made 2hours ago then "served fresh". I could of drivem back and said none of my food tasted fresh but then were tossing edible food because of poor supervision sounds like a waste and the next guy would get the same. Its 6pm, arent going to be 500 customers at the same time, make something as its ordered not in advanced expecting people to...
