Located on the corner of Brockton Ave & Wilshire Blvd. Parking lot literally has five spaces with one being a handicapped space. I'd recommend the drive-thru, which has two lanes that are the size of a sidewalk... Lobby is available but tables and seating is extremely limited due to having the square footage of a hallway with a walk-in closet. This location is usually pretty busy with orders from Uber Eats, Grubhub, Door Dash, Instacart, etc so expect delays up to an hour. The tiny dining area basically transitions into a DMV type setting with your order number being displayed on a small monitor. Staff and management have little to no organizational skills which means no lines with people scattered everywhere. As a busy location, supervisors set a good example of a poor and unprofessional attitude towards patrons because they're tired. A supervisor happen to take my very simple order of a Big Mac combo with a Coke. After waiting forty eight minutes, I asked her for a Ranch and extra napkins. She walks away mumbling only to come back with napkins... then I notice my drink being pretty clear for being a Coke. So I politely ask her, is my order correct miss? She gives me a dirty look and says "what?", I sarcastically say "since when did Coke start looking like Sprite, unless it's Coke Zero or something new?" Then she snatches the drink off the counter and tosses it to the side, turns around towards the fountain dispenser and mumbles to a coworker "I'm fkin' tired of these people" which I happen to hear. She slides the drink on the counter and I tell her, "maybe you wouldn't be tired of people if you got simple orders done right the first time." Nothing but silence and sadness from her. To my surprise, I opened the bag in my car and found no Ranch and no straw for my almost clear Coke.... Overall, by far one of the worst locations and staff I've had the displeasure of experiencing! 0 Stars and I do not recommend...
Read moreFair warning, I am a tourist reviewing this McDonalds so make of it what you will
It was starting to get late in the day and we skipped breakfast. So I came in here which is conveniently up the hill from Worldmark.
Proceeded to place an order for Lunch.. Cashier asks if I can wait until 11am to take my order, I said yes. So I when 11am hit, I went on the app to order. It looks like this McDonalds is super popular.
Highlights
*$1.00 Large Fries because the Gulls won so added that to my cart
2 for $3.00 on McChicken through the app.
*Easily walkable from WorldMark.
*Better deals on the App versus direct ordering from the cashier.
*Good seating, decent size dine in
Drawbacks and observations below
*Questionable speed of service. You can tell people were getting VERY frustrated. One man complained in there that we was waiting for 15 minutes.
*If you have a large order, skip the line and order on the app before coming here, you would be better off doing so and you skip the cashier line.
*When ordering on the app, choose 12th street. It should say 0 miles on the McDonalds App. That's the correct one to order from.
*From the looks of it you can't bring backpacks in the restroom according to the sign?!?!?! Restrooms strictly for customers prominently advertised on the entrance.
*Not sure about the kitchen staff but it looks like they seem overwhelmed or something.
*Overall , There is nothing special about this McDonalds It's designed to get you in and out of the door, supposedly quick. Just have your patience with this...
Read moreThe service at this McDonald's was truly disappointing. 👎👎👎 On the morning of November 25, 2025, I went to the store to buy a cup of coffee and wanted to redeem it using my points. While I was operating the app, the cashier was watching me. When it came to selecting the store address, I specifically asked her if the address shown was correct since it was automatically populated by the app. She said it was correct. Following her confirmation, I proceeded to the next step and completed the redemption.
However, after I finished, she told me that I had selected the wrong store address. I pointed out that she had just confirmed the address for me. To make things worse, two other senior staff members came over and explained that she was a new employee and not familiar with the process. But that’s McDonald’s issue, not mine—why should I pay for their mistake? In the end, I had to spend money to order another cup.
Here are the problems:
The new employee made a mistake during the ordering process and refused to acknowledge it. The senior employees, instead of resolving the issue, kept insisting that it was the customer’s fault and emphasized that the cashier was a new employee. How ridiculous! I've always had good experiences at McDonald's before, but this was my first time visiting this store, and I was shocked by their poor...
