McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Such a SHAME of a night not so much of a lady manager here, NO RESPECT AND RUDE!!!! I took my grandbaby here for her 4th bday, ordered food, got a table placard and waited 40 MINUTES for them to bring our food to the bak which they NEVER DID!!! When I went to front to inquire about pur order, the MANAGERS response was "ur foods been waiti g right here and we don't have table serv at night", my response was "then don't give me a table #!!!" the food was just sitting there, I told her if the foods cold I'm bringing it bak and she ignored me while I was talking to her, so I GOT HER ATTN n said, "do you here me, I'm talking to you!!!" NO RESPECT ESPECIALLY 4 A MANAGER, NO PROFESSIONALISM, CARE OR CONCERN FOR HER CUSTOMERS EVEN MY 4 YR OLD GRANDAUGHTER!!! Needless to say the food was cold n I brought it bak, she didn't EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO MAKE A NEW ONE, JUST REHEATED OLD ONE!!!! SHAMEFUL JUST SHAMEFUL!!!! NO PRIDE IN HER STORE OR PERFORMANCE!!! the ONLY GOOD THING is this short Spanish man named Ivan who was working tonight came up and apologized to us for the problems at least SOMEONE CARED AND TRIED TO MAKE AMMENDS!!!!!! THIS MANAGER OUGHT TO BE DISMISSED BIG TIME!!!!! THEN SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY ALL OF A SUDDEN SHES GONNA CLOSE THE PLAY AREA, YEA OK, JUST TRY!!!!! this place is right down the block from my job so , naturally, its very convenient to grab food here. (you'd think) regardless i come here most days a week. i dont even go in anymore. i refuse. i order on the app and have them bring it out. 1st of all, I don't understand why the people here act like ketchup packets come out of their salary. i can get a 20 piece and 3 large friend and be lucky to get 2 packets if any at all. and then when you go inside to ask they act like youre asking for a free sandwich and only give you 2 more. 2nd they will make you wait for like 10 minutes with minimal customers as if im not there on my lunch break or something. they literally will see you trying to order, (or in my case just give them my mobile order confirmation which is extremely simple) and continue talking and BSing 3rd (actually the reason i stopped going inside at all) literally had me waiting for 10 minutes and comes out and takes the persons order behind me, and even when i repeatedly said something about it i was ignored. when i get up there, no apology. like if you made a mistake at least apologize

I've been going to this McDonald's for a year now because it is within walking distance of my office. I usually stop every morning for an iced-coffee as well. I've experienced horrible service on more than one occasion now and have finally decided to not give them my business any longer. Just in the most recent two months I've experienced the following: rude manager serving customers and offering rude replies to basic questions, cash only service in drive-thru because their credit card system is down, the wrong drink cup for my iced-coffee because they have "run out" of the correct drink cups, not being able to use my app to get credit for my McCafe drinks for two months because their system "wasn't accepting the app and they didn't know why," long lines inside at lunch-time because there are never enough workers (turn-over is high). Now if one of these inconveniences happened occasionally it wouldn't be a big deal. However this is what you can expect on a regular basis. Worst of all is that management just doesn't seem to care at all. My advice - save your money and...
