Update 3/20/24: For the first time since we started ordering from Napoli's, our Garlic Bread with Cheese was missing from the order. I was able to catch the driver before he left and he called Napoli's and they called me back to confirm. They apologized and I had my garlic bread within 20 minutes. You can't beat good customer service and that's exactly what Napoli's exhibited. Good food...Good Customer service, a great combination!

Update 10/22/23: Napoli’s stills is delivering great tasting food. Easy to order on their website and the menu offerings are great. One of the best Antipasto Salads and the Artisan Pizzas are delicious.

Update 8/3/22 what A nice surprise that I get a text from Napolis Pizza Kitchen telling me I get a free medium size pizza because it’s my birthday! Of course I just ordered additional sides like my favorite Fettuccine Carbonara and a wonderful Antipasto Salad. The perfect birthday dinner!

Update 7/16/22 We have been ordering from Napoli’s for quite sometime and I am very happy to say the quality of food and service is always great.

I received a brochure in the mail for Napoli's Pizza Kitchen and decided it looked like some delicious dishes. I am very happy to say the food I ordered showed up and was just as delicious as the pictures. Incredible Fettucine Carbonara, a generous Antipasto salad and a wonderful Tomato and Basil Pizza plus a Meat Lovers Pizza. Everything seemed to be made from the freshest foods. We now have a new place to order Pizza and more. And did I mention they deliver themselves. Very inexpensive and they were earlier then they estimated. A win win...

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a food establishment. Right in the beginning, the cashier or whatever he is ELIJAH, right off the bat gave us attitude and already made the environment hostile by not wanting us there. I would understand if we came in 30 minutes before closing, but we came in at 9:45pm. He didn’t want to do separate orders and was trying to force us to do one transaction. It felt like we couldn’t order what we wanted and gave us attitude when we questioned it. I guess Elijah struggles to use a tablet and is lazy for not wanting to do separate orders. We all ordered dine-in and guess what? Elijah brings one of our orders in a to go box saying “oh I thought you wanted it to go” like what? You see us dining in and proceed to purposely give us a to go box and EVEN THEN talking behind our backs saying “can these boys eat somewhere else” mind you, it was still an hour left before closing. We weren’t the only ones in there that we witnessed Elijah being rude to. The saving grace of this trip was this young lady that unfortunately can’t remember the name. She saw how poorly Elijah was treating us. We ordered a pizza, got no plates for our little group, got us utensils and whatever we needed with proper etiquette. Elijah needs to stick to cleaning the bathrooms for the rest of his time working there I AM NOT...

Do you want to have a pizza with whole motz so creamy it'll stretch from here to the moon? Then look no further because Napoli's pizza kitchen lives up to its name and exceeds not only the abysmally low pizza standards of the valley, but it's in contention with some of the greatest 🍕 shops on Earth. Top tier pizza in the valley? Sure it may seem as impossible as rain in LA, colonizing Mars, or a barista cast into a leading role, but I kid you not they've done the unimaginable. Fellow valleyans, I promise you I've gone to every pizza place within 20 miles in search for the perfect balance between crispy yet perfectly squishy crust, ultra premium ingredients and Napoli's Pizza Kitchen is the dream coming true. The only places which come close to the quality or consistency are #2 Medici and an even further off #3 Ove (ok and Costco but only if you're in the mood for that dough-forward chew on every bite, which... sometimes I am)
