Been quite a regular to the place given it’s distance to me, and even got it multiple times for meals for bigger groups. I always did pre order by the app especially bigger orders did take time here given they prepped it fresh. I love how their gyros were always tasty and the portion was generous. I typically went for either chicken or beef, and added extra ‘treats’ of falafel. The meat was always fresh and tender and even the sides like hummus was pleasant. I have been knowing they do have soft serve but haven’t had a chance to try it until last week when I was craving for froyo and remembered they did sell it and was super close to reach. I then discovered that they recently launched Dubai chocolate topping, which was melted chocolate coating, with pistachio spread and kataifi pastries along with pistachio crumbs. Having it for first time, I was surprised by how gigantic it was. Gladly the greek yogurt wasn’t overly milky so it felt lighter and I’d say the toppings were generously served. This particular one was priced higher than both the plain and the one topped with honey and baklava. It was pretty delighting but I would recommend sharing or you likely wouldn’t finish it in one sitting.

A Taste of Greece: A Culinary Masterpiece I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nick the Greek and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable culinary experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported to a slice of Greece. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and authentically Mediterranean, with soft Greek music playing in the background and beautiful décor that reflects the charm of the Aegean. The service was impeccable. From the friendly host who greeted us at the door to the attentive waitstaff, every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, happily answering all our questions

I was excited to try a new Greek spot but unfortunately the quality of the food just did not live up to my expectations. The meat, specifically the lamb/beef gyro is incredibly over-salted to the point that the pita version of it has almost 1,700 mg of sodium. I didn’t feel well after eating it. The greek yogurt soft service is a nice treat and pretty unique for LA. I would be willing to go back to try their chicken souvlaki because perhaps I will have a better experience

My wife and I were both excited to try a new Greek restaurant but unfortunately the quality of the food just did not live up to our expectations. We saw another review with a very similar complaint about the food quality. The meat, specifically the lamb/beef gyro is incredibly over-salted to cover up the lack of spice and the meat was dry as shoe leather. We didn’t feel well after eating it. I ordered a gyros plate but it came in a plastic basket with a wet paper that was soaked completely where the salty rice leaked through the paper causing the plastic basket to expose the rice to food contamination with the plastic basket. My wife ordered the gyros sandwich that was in the same plastic basket with fries inside the pita. Everything is over salted. We were warned by Andy, the owner, that somebody pissed all over the restroom floor only after placing our order. The only reason Andy had his worker cleaning the restroom was because my wife needed to use the restroom. I might add the restaurant had zero customers except for us so it should have been spotless. We will not return to Nick the Greek. I am asking for my money back due to the bad quality of food and sick feeling we have after eating. Our first time experience is our last and I doubt anyone will return my money. I WANT A FULL REFUND! This food made...

I went here 3 times total. First two times i got very tasty chicken gyro bowl. The third time i was eating the gyro bowl and i crunched down on something that was definitely not food- or even a piece of chicken bone. It was definitely a piece of glass, albeit small. As i crunched into this i was swallowing the same time and felt that a little piece of glass lodged in my throat. I felt it there (i thought i did) the remainder of the evening and it was quite an irritant when i would swallow. I drank a lot of warm tea and tried to soothe and/or flush out whatever was going on. I woke up at 5:30 and still feeling it in my throat so i went to the ER. Got a CT scan etc. They determined i got an abrasion in my throat and no glass was lodged in there. But $1500 bill later. So if you like your gyro seasoned with glass or any other abrasive non edible substances...
