Apparently you should only come here if you have absolutely nothing to do for the next hour.
I placed a phone order 30 minutes prior to coming in. I was told that I’d be in and out of the store, but that wasn’t the case.
I stepped inside at around 8:30 AM. It was pretty empty - there were more employees than customers. The employees had absolutely no sense of urgency. Walking around casually, waiting around doing nothing, etc. Finally someone told me I had to wait in line for my phone order.
Not sure what the point of calling in advance is if it’ll barley save you any time. The line crawled by. In total, I waited 15 minutes to pick up an order I placed in advance. I don’t want to blame the employees because I’m sure they’re doing the best they can but the process is incredibly inefficient. You should be able to either pay over the phone or quickly pay when you pick up your order, not wait behind people ordering dozens of bagels and being helped on the spot.
To top it off, my food was cold (yes, I got the bagels toasted). Don’t think I’ll...

Parking Plenty of options in this shopping center. You should have no problem here.
Service Above average. Everyone's attentive and friendly.
Food This is where I get critical. When I go back home to NY, the bagels are still leagues better and less expensive there. The egg sandwich was average. Not bad, but not any better than something I could make at home. My hash brown was also cold in the center, which was disappointing. Oy vey.
Price A little higher than I'd expect/want to pay.
App You can order for pickup! But the app makes it impossible to check your order status or even the time of your order.
Recommend? Probably for the average person who didn't have the world's best bagels every few weeks for the first two decades...
Read moreGreat place with tasty coffee and plenty of menu items without being overwhelming. Their service could be better if they had more employees as the staff that they have is very helpful, prompt and polite. They are always super busy here however and sometimes ot seems that their sense of urgency to the guest is comprimised when they get too busy. If there was some more staff at this location then the staff that is working now could better handle the high volume of sales here. Regardless of the fact that they are very busy Noah's is still a great place for great tasting food and good coffee as well. Give it a try and if you cannot find parking you may also park at the nearby Sprout's with additional parking on...
