In-N-Out Burger has consistently been my preferred "fast-food" establishment, and each visit reaffirms my appreciation for their commitment to quality and service. Knowing that I am in for a delightful experience every time I visit, In-N-Out continues to impress with its diverse and upscale locations throughout California, solidifying its status as a beloved staple. This particular In-N-Out stands out due to its exceptional management, authentic offerings, and dedication to using fresh ingredients. The Animal Style here is particularly noteworthy, and the fries are blanched and fried to absolute perfection. The staff is consistently helpful and respectful, but what truly sets this location apart is their remarkable work ethic and seamless operational pace. I am thoroughly impressed by their efficiency and will undoubtedly return in the future. The only minor inconvenience is the drive-thru's limited accessibility, as its location next to a strip mall restricts larger vehicles such as vans and dually trucks. However, this issue is easily overlooked, as the overall experience is well worth the effort of dining inside. In-N-Out Burger, I commend your team for their outstanding performance and unwavering commitment to excellence. Keep up the fantastic work, and continue to brighten America with your exceptional food and...
Read moreGot horribly sick with food poisoning!!!
I ordered with the person at the drive thru (two burgers and a large shake) but when I got to the window to pay, the total was lower than I expected. I then asked the cashier to tell me back my order (which they should always do anyways) and I said "oh they must have not heard me, I wanted two burgers". The cashier looked slightly annoyed and added another burger to the order. When I pulled up to the window to get my order they handed me a shake and a tiny bag with one burger in it, then made me wait a few minutes later to hand me another small bag, one of the burgers was COLD (the one I was told to wait for) and must had been sitting out, but at the time I didn't think much of it. I ate both burgers and they tasted good, my stomach was completely fine through the night but in the morning I had the worst food poisoning Ive ever had in my entire life. Non stop vomiting for multiple days and almost had to go to the hospital....I'm beyond annoyed and sad that one of my favorite burger places got me VIOLENTLY sick.... This incident happened a month or two back and writing this review gave me PTSD again just thinking about how sick I got...
Read moreIn N Out is is a wonderful place. Everyone is happy, the food is good, and the milkshakes/soft drinks are flowing. The food is fresh. The company cares so deeply about its supply chain that they only open restaurants where they can guarantee fresh produce, meat, and a supply of many, many, many potatoes (which they buy whole then cut into French fries on site). In N Out, I feel, is better than the east coast based fast food chains for this reason. Their food is crisp and clean (unless you go animal style) and doesn't seem nearly as unhealthy as it probably is. IN N Out is a happy place. A great way to escape from normal fast-food and graduate to happier fresher fast food. This specific In N Out is in a convenient location, but parking and the drive through line can be challenging when they are busy. Be sure to go around the block to hit the drive through from the right hand side as you will block traffic if you try to make the left into the lot when they are busy. As well, if you are parking, park on the right hand side so that you are not blocked in by the...
