TLDR: Horrible customer service. Me a friend come in with a bunch of orders (from a group of friends), and they tell her they can only take 3 orders max and don't want to take the rest.
Full Story: We come in with many orders. My friend starts ordering with a tall guy, I didn't get his name, while I'm taking care of the kids. He stops her and tells her that they can only take 3 orders max. I pull up to the counter and they tell me the same thing. We argue a bit and I tell them that I am a different customer and I should be allowed 3 orders as well. The tall guy takes 1 order and leaves, and Karla come and takes another order. It's the last order because by this point I consolidated the rest. I did try to be extra nice, and I even asked if they had a tip jar, because I knew I was giving them a bit of extra work and would definitely make it up to them. They said they do not accept tips.
The food starts coming out, and the tall guy is pretty much just tossing it at my friend. I go and asked if they have a supervisor, and he points to Karla. I wanted to record this but apparently I never started the video. I asked "Where does the 3 order policy come from" Karla replies "It's just that there might be customer behind you, and we have too many cars outside. Oh I see you are recording" I said "Yes because if this is really a company policy I will understand and I wont write a negative review since you are doing your job" Then we got into an argument of whether or not it was legal for me to record her and Karla telling me that she is going to sue me. I said "Hey you are recording me." She says "Well my contract says you are not allowed and I'm going to sue you." I replied with the obvious "Go head, do it!" and "But let me see any of these written policies" at this point my friend told me to calm down since she doesn't care for any type of confrontations so we pulled away.

Read moreThe manager and evening shift leader are very very mean. They have that look like don't come in here, don't approach me. I work nearby and I come in regularly practically everyday. It's hot outside too hot and I go in to get ice for my cup. I never had a problem about the ice until today. They always filled it up with their mean stares. Until today they were so happy to tell me no. That I must buy something in order to get ice so i can drink water. So i won't dehydrate or pass out in this xtreme hot weather. They have the drink dispenser behind the counter. If it was a different restaurant like Jack in the box I can fill up my ice no problem. Even if I go to Starbucks it's behind the counter They still give me a cup of ice water with no problem. Even at Tommy's if I were to ask for a cup of ice water They probably would give me that. But for some reason the mean shift leader told me no. I asked if if that's what the manager told her to tell me and she said yes. Why do the workers want people to die of a heatstroke? Why would Tommy's ask for us to buy something to fill my cup with ice and water?? I normally buy food all the time for lunch. Sometimes they give me cold mushy fries and cold chili on top of my chilifries but I don't go back and complain. I can't stand going in their and feel like they don't want our service. Why would the manager and shift leader do that to...
Read moreWe went through drive thru. Their speaker was down so they had us go to the drive thru window . I asked for 3 separate orders to one guy. He kindly took 2 orders. A different guy comes to the window and asks us how many orders we have. I said "2 and the guy in the back who hasn't ordered yet." He very rudely replies "HOW MANY TOTAL?" My co worker quickly replies "3". He goes "THANK YOU" very rudely. He was rather large with a back brace. I thought it was a little odd 2 people were taking our orders and this one seemed upset but I'm like whatever. So I get my drink and it has ice when I didn't want ice but i dont mind. He takes it back saying theirs no sugar in my drink. He then asks again very rudely what my drink was so i tell him. I get my drink. The large guy tells us their will be a number on each of our bags according to your order number. Their were no numbers on the bag. My co worker asked for a burger without chili and receives chili. We had to stop and go back in. The large guy said "well i wasnt the one who took your order" to my co worker. My co worker politely said "yes, you did." So he gets his burger without chili and we leave. These 3 orders took well over 30 minutes for a drive thru order. Really disappointed in customer service. We were trying to help things go smooth but he was very rude. Will never be...
