Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Since we were in the area coming from Palmdale, i wanted my wife to try this ckicken, which i had not to long ago. Needless to say this recipe is unique, in that the essence is not like all the other. Moreover, it is moist and not dry coupled with a thin crusty layer that enhances the flavor and texture. Service was provided in a friendly and prompt manner, in a somewhat fastfood sitdown setting. On this occasion however, the chicken seemed a bit salty relative to when i had it previously. We came to eat with my family, and we ordered the 30 camperitos, yucca, fries and mac and cheese, drinks. When they gave us the cup for our drink. We asked for a straw for our drink and the Rodrigo refused to have us straws and he stays the company does not give straws no more. Food was absolutely Delicious, I must say I had an issue at the Burbank location and Mr. Ivan Gutierrez took matters into his hands. He made me see he cares about the customers and the Manager here at Panorama City today she was Excellent. Everyone was friendly and their customer service was very outstanding.
