It was very awesome food the best pina colada I've ever had the chips and salsa are amazing the salsa is a little bit too spicy for me which is strange because nothing's usually spicy for me the food was amazing they give amazing size portions their staff is awesome everybody smiles I only had one problem it hurt my stomach really bad if you are going somewhere else after dinner I don't suggest you stop here first I suggest you stop here after you go wherever you're going because you may not make it out before having to go to the bathroom I thought maybe I just got the flu but when I ate my leftovers the next day I reheated them to the correct temperature because I am ServSafe I am a chef it did the same thing to me again I may just have a weak stomach which is not normal for me I can usually eat just about anything and not have a problem but my boyfriend didn't have a problem at all so once again anybody who has a weak stomach go to this place after you get your errands done this place is that good that even though it hurt my stomach really bad I would still go here again any day so I'll go there and drink those pina coladas all day and have that chips and salsa and those taquitos how everything was just so good I really hope that it was just my stomach being weak for two days I really hope that their food doesn't hurt my stomach that bad every single time cuz it is so so so good. Anyways that's why they didn't get five stars I would have given them 20 Stars if I didn't get sick but I thank them once again for the best pina colada I've ever had and great service cuz everybody was smiling that I appreciate more than anything I will always return to a place that has great customer service and great staff that smiles all the time even if their food is terrible A smile will get you a long way with me anyways

Right before waiting 15 minutes for a table, I asked the host if they had any available tables inside, to which he rudely responded indoor dinning is all we have and continued rephrasing everything i asked as if we weren't both speaking English..being that it was a Saturday night my boyfriend and I figured it was worth the wait. I ordered the plate with the chicken enchilada and beef tamale with the side of refried beans and rice. The rice was not authentic Spanish rice, the tamale was a mess from the dry and salty masa to the dry, rubbery meat. The enchilada tortilla did not taste handmade and the chicken was cut into squares, once again a mess because it's suppose to be shredded. To drink i had an horchata which honestly was the best item, good flavor, but also $3.50 a cup, average size cup mind you, AND NO REFILL. They give you a large basket of corn tortilla chips when you first get seated, guess it's because the actual meal is far from satisfying.

Came here as soon as I landed as it was late and seemed to be the best option that was close to the airport. Ordered these tacos that had this spicy coleslwa on it that was good however changes the taste a little too much on the tacos. The tacos were not as authentic as I was hoping and the appetizer was great and wholesome with many dips to choose from. The fries were average but overall was still a good experience. The Mexican coleslaw that they put on the tacos was not what I expected as I would not have got it on the side as it seems too repetitive. Staff was kind and would definitely come back and give some of the other menu items another try. Support local businesses.

My family and I have been customers at Paco’s for many years. Originally we would dine at the location on Centinela, but started to frequent the Manchester location because it’s bigger and parking was easier. The waiters and waitresses have always been super kind and attentive to my family, especially my mother, so I was quite disappointed when I received bad customer service twice this week! I went on 10/04/2020 and was told that the wait time was 10-15 minutes, but I waited 45 minutes before I decided to leave. While I understand that the wait time is unpredictable, especially during these times, people who got there after with the same amount of people in my party were being sat before us. I had three very hungry children with me and decided to leave because I saw that we were going to be waiting longer. I decided to go back today, 10/07/2020, because like I mentioned, I grew up with Paco’s and ultimately love their food, but I was even more disappointed! First off, we did get seated immediately this time, but waited more than 10 minutes to get our chips and salsa or even a greeting, really. After getting our chips and salsa, the waiter took another 10 minutes just to get our drink order. While he was getting our drink order, a big group arrived( looked like maybe they were family or very well known customers of Paco’s) and MOST of the waiters were crowding and being very attentive to that party. While I did not care about that, I did care that the group already had their drinks and orders of guacamole served BEFORE we even had our drinks served. When our drinks arrived, we waited another ten minutes to place our dinner order and when we did, the server seemed to be rushing me. Knowing that there were 5 in our party, he kept assuming I was done ordering by the second order. All this time, we were done with our chips and salsa and was NEVER asked if wanted a refill. We weren’t asked if we wanted corn or flour tortillas and we weren’t asked if wanted a drink refill while dining. While I get that the transition has been difficult for all of us and we are all cautious because of COVID, I couldn’t help but to feel disappointed in the staff because I have never had a bad experience. We ordered take-out frequently during the shutdown because we wanted to support one of our favorite restaurants, but I am not sure I will be returning because I felt like they were forced to attend us rather than help us. I really hope they can improve their customer...

Lived in this neighborhood for a couple of years and we would come here regularly to eat. We came for a stay after moving away and I was wanting to have a good meal with my travel mate so we chose Paco’s for lunch. Not crowded and were seated quickly, no wait. Place looked the same and service was good and our food arrived quickly. My mate ordered carnitas tacos and I wanted a tostada. When the food arrived my first thought was that neither of us ordered what we thought we’d ordered based upon our knowledge of Mexican food. Carnitas are typically pork which is in small chunks and has some crispiness. Her tacos were in a sauce which was very wet and the meat was stringy and full of fat which she had to constantly spit out. My tostada which typically is a fried crispy corn tortilla with beans and cheese as the base with whatever you choose to add was not anything like that? It was a fried flour tortilla made to look like a bowl shape with beans on the bottom, tough pieces of chicken with gristle, then shredded lettuce, ripe olives and cheese. I couldn’t even chew the chicken and the whole thing was a major disappointment. We picked at our food, disgusted by the lack of quality and not pleased that we’d wasted a fair amount of $$ on lunch we found to be less than palatable. My takeaway on this is that I will ask specifics about how menu items are prepared and never assume again. I checked and there was no description on their menu of what we would receive. My friend lived in MX for 10 years and she was also quite surprised about what we received. So much great MX food in LA so I’d say move on to...
