I have been going to Pascal for YEARS. My husband and I used to go there frequently for so many things and often went for breakfast and lunch. We moved to a different neighborhood, and haven’t been able to get there, so when I found myself in the area, I ordered a box of cinnamon rolls (our favorite). When we opened the box the cinnamon rolls were burnt. We went out of our way to get these ordered, even ordering them the day before to make sure we had them. I called to let them know and to get a refund and the man I spoke to (who is usually so pleasant) was so unkind about it. Telling me that he sold many cinnamon rolls the day before and had no complaints, as if I was lying. I don’t need the money, that’s not the point. I need accountability and an apology. I also told him I used to come there often, so I am aware of how the cinnamon rolls normally taste, he responded very rudely saying “we have many customer and I don’t remember you”! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this bakery. Literally thousands. I came there for years. I am so disappointed in the attitude, and this terrible experience with these burnt cinnamon rolls. He took no accountability and tried to act as though I was lying. I’m never recommending this...

The deserts/pastries we got were completely serviceable, but were nothing extraordinary. Our main issue was the apparent lack of care in the hygiene of the utensils, plating and glassware. The utensils had water and soap stains, either from improper washing technique, or from improper supplies used to sanitize our cutlery. The same issue was present for one of the glasses, where it had a sticky, clearish white residue on the side. I would assume it is a combination of both lack of training and supplies, as there is a “cooks needed” sign out front. We ended up not using the cutlery as it was off putting to use. Side note: We used to come relatively often, before the side expansion was mostly completed, it seems like the quality has worsened whilst also gotten noticeably more expensive than it once was. You are better off elsewhere for a cutesy...

If you live or on business in this area, this is the place I recommend 100%. What they offer and the staff is unbelievable. We were in town for business and staying right around the corner. We were there 14 straight days for coffee. I am an espresso drinker only and I have to be honest their roast was one of the best outside of Italy. Come to find out they use Italian Coffee from Roma. The staff was amazing and of course being there for 2 straight weeks they knew who we were when we ordered. Got to meet the owner and she was just as nice as everyone else, she came over to us every time she seen us and I noticed she did that with some of her regular customers. Now I understand why they do so well there. By the way they have some good looking pastries and food. The rest of my co-workers tried other things and said it was...

If you’ve been thinking of adopting a cute bunny, then I would highly suggest heading over to The Bunny Cafe in Woodland Hills. We had such a great time with the Bunnies. We fed them, pet them, and learned so much about them. These bunnies are being rescued by The bunny Cafe. They work with West Valley animal shelter and Los Angeles county shelter to rescue Rabbits that otherwise would be euthanized if no one adopts them within a certain time frame. I love that The Bunny Cafe is giving these bunnies a second chance to be adopted. The admission gets you 1/2 hours with the bunnies, bunny food, bunny ear headband, and a drink of your choice. Link will be in my BIO. If you’ve been thinking of adopting this is the best way to do so! And if not then this is an amazingly cute summer activity to do with the kiddos! #joygrab #thebunnycafe #woodlandhills #summeractivities #summeractivitiesforkids #savethebunnies #adoptabunny #socalmom
