I would stay away from this location! All they care about is just hunting sales but have 0% in customer service when there is an issue with a product , you rather shop across the street at Costco I want to start and say I’m extremely disappointed with this store we have been buying from this store for 8 years and many things We bought a very expensive TV from this location in mid October and we weren’t really satisfied sales guy “sold it to us” and we counted on his advice. Due to all the holiday and fires we didn’t have a chance to come and return it and we did speak to them about this over the phone as well not just coming into the store . We even purchased back then their expensive insurance which they recently changed a lot of things in it not in favor to customers. I came in today and spoke with two different managers Erica and Omar and expected from them seeing how much history shopping with them for them to except this tv back and give us store credit so that we can continue to ship with them but instead I got a bunch of lame excuses Like I said I’ve been shopping at this store for years and I know for a fact that they could have did something and return it back and give me store credit but they didn’t. So if they don’t care to lose great clients and they just want to sell you and not make efforts when you shop with them to resolve this then I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I rather buy things in other stores like Costco where you have up to few years to return if you are not satisfied with an item you bought. Customer service is the best business card for business And if they don’t care about this well that how you lose clients. Secondly if your going to name your store “Best Buy” You should probably stand behind your product and if someone isn’t satisfied with the product then it’s far off from being a “BEST BUY” I’m very disappointed and hope that their corporate office will read this , because it’s very disappointing to spent $1,000 on a TV sold to us by their sales member and it is the worst thing we bought. Last I think that also due to the on going holidays and fires they could of been more understanding To do this return for a store credit. But like I said that’s how you lose clients!
Respond to Honor: With All Do Respect we are in January 17th today You claimed all holiday exchanges/Returns are until January 14th but you just forget one thing no one excepted the fires to happen and so as a business claiming until Jan 14 th you could have an understanding towards long time clients! But again that is what “customer service “ is all about ! We asked to receive store credit and I even told the store manger that we are willing to lose the $120 that we paid for the extra insurance. All business are understanding since all the holidays and fires So if you think that’s ok to go like this about this you are wrong ! When a business gives great service I will give my feedback accordingly but when a business has this kind of no customer service and doesn’t value clients that been again shopping at your store for almost 8 years ! Then you didn’t just lose us as a client you are going to lose another 4 million of my readers that are now reading this! I like honest business and there is nothing honest about calling your company Best Buy and then treating clients like this when they are not happy with a product bought at your store convinced to buy it by your sales person . And if your product is such a Best Buy as you claim you should stand behind products your selling and not have an issues with return of something bought recently and with an insurance sold on top of it. So excuse me if I will not shop there again since you are not addressing this matter correctly! And take both of my accounts which I shop a lot with you and give our money to buy things at a place like Costco that value their clients and stand behind every product they sell. This is...
Read moreThey mobilized the entire staff immediately to hunt me down for leaving my dog in the car, but couldn’t mobilize one employee to get my in stock item for pick up.
Worst shopping experience i may have ever had in the US.
I checked the website in advance to make sure the item was available in store. It was. I wasn’t sure on their dog policy, but I was only picking up the one item so I left my dog in the car.
Upon entering the store the item wasn’t on shelves so tried making eye contact with a couple employees and eventually succeeded. After showing the sku the employee looked in the same shelves I’d been looking in, the. Said he needed to look in the back. After disappearing for 5 minutes I began to worry about my dog in the car as it’s very hot. I started to head toward the front of the store and noticed a crowd of angry people gathering. The crowd was comprised of nearly the entire bestbuy staff. One made a statement over the intercom telling the owner of such and such car to get the dog out of the car. A middle aged white woman was waiting angrily for me outside. Either to break in the window if I didn’t show or lecture me (idk). She only did the former thank god. I’d found the mob leader however.
I retrieved my dog from the car and returned to the store. I apologized and thanked the woman. I asked if they were able to find my item. One of the huskier employees responded “your what?!” Totally disgusted. I showed him the item on my phone. He whispered to the other 4 or 5 employees that had gathered at the front of the store. Then looked at me and disappeared into the back. The dog and I waited another 10 minutes while employees walked by glaring and whispering to one another. Eventually the original employee came out with the item looking down and refusing eye contact. Understandable.
I relied on bestbuy as a quick local outlet for business and personal for many years. They just never have what they claim anymore or can’t seem to find it, really kills any convenience appeal.
Leaving the dog in the car for over five minutes is not unacceptable and I would never do it in the summer, but after this visit I’m convinced the staff is determined to help everyone but the customers.
EDIT: it just gets better and better. The device I bought didn’t work like the others when returning to the office. So I examined it further and noticed it looked worn and heavily used. I grabbed the box and in a small digiprint sticker it says: floor model. Mind you, I was told this was a brand new item and received no discount for it being a used/broken floor display model. Killing it Best Buy.
I understand they don’t know how my car or AC works, but nothing excuses how we were treated by that entire staff without any good faith questions asked first. It was unacceptable and dehumanizing.
I was honestly shocked to find positive reviews here at all, but reading many of them they seem planted and it...
Read moreThe store itself was pretty nice but the security guard (said his name was "Carlos Sanchez"...dont know if that's true it sounded like a lie) he was a complete A$$hole who should honestly be fired. Me and my GF stopped in @ 9:45pm (they closed @ 10pm) to run in really fast and grab one item just a phone case for her phone. The Best Buy employee at the front seemed to have no issue and pointed us in the direction of the phone cases.
As soon as we got to the cases section we hadn't even been there for 1 min when the security guard, who was a pretty big guy, came power walking up to us literally looking like he was flexing and wanted to get into a physical fight and proceeded to tell us that they were closing in 10 mins and we had to leave. I told him we were just grabbing one item and it would take us literally just a minute or two, also at that point my gf had already found the case she wanted so we were already in fact ready to check out and go. He continued to be extremely rude and threatening getting extremely close to my GF and really scared her telling us that he was going to physically remove us from the building if we didn't leave the store. Meanwhile we were not the only customers in the store, it looked like there were still about 10 other customers still shopping, so we were completely singled out for no apparent reason. We were both extremely confused and had no idea what was happening or why this security guard was acting like this . I asked him what the problem was when we still had 10 mins and we already found what we needed and why other customers were allowed to continue shopping and why he was making us leave. He responded with something very stupid and made no sense I believe it was, "because those customers are being helped by an employee." okay?
So he escorted us to the front basically under the threat of physical violence and removal if he had too, as if we were some sort of thieves or criminals. It was extremely unnecessary, rude, and quite embarrassing.
For the record neither of us steal, we are well off financially ,and we certainly dont look like people who would, in fact my GFs outfit she was wearing all together cost thousands of dollars. Anyways, we obviously gave them the stupid phone case back as there is no chance I will ever spend a dollar at Best Buy again. Not too smart for your business as we have spent and would have continued to spend lots of money in your stores over the years buying laptops, Tvs, and other items but after the way that guard treated us I don't believe I will never step foot or spend my money in one of your stores again .
If you do decide to stop by this Best Buy just be careful of...
