Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Los Angeles

Wife thought she purchased a Bony Levy 18k white gold diamond ring, everything is great, happy she got a great deal, she loves it. A month later or so goes by and it starts to tarnish. I know 18k white gold shouldn’t do that so I start examining it. Fcz made by china… Great, I know for a fact that this isn’t Bony Levy. This is a piece of costume jewelry that they sold to us for the price of a bony levy. We immediately went to the store to try to return it, receipt , price tag, and all the facts. but the manager Ashely refused to hear us out and instead accused us of swamping the ring. Refused to help in any way. Said she would investigate, called us back and said “nope” we did our research and that’s not the ring we sold you…. What!?? Never have I felt so insulted and humiliated that we could be accused of something like that. The only reason I got involved was because of how devastated my wife felt after realizing they sold her a fake ring. How can this happen? Even Ashley the store manager accused her of lying instead of helping and being solution oriented. Not even one apology or reassurance. Just absolute failure to provide any type of customer service. The rudest person I have ever met. Seriously. I might not be getting a refund but this review is for everyone thinking of buying jewelry from this location or any Nordstrom rack I guess, beware of what your purchasing. Bring a magnifying glass because you will need to do your own inspecting for...

I know being a young college student, it kind of stinks shopping at Macy’s because you feel that the quality doesn’t necessarily match the price you pay. Here at Nordstrom Rack, they make no bones about you getting “off the rack” designs that were either last season or over produced by various designer/merchants. If you’re a deal seeker, I’m pretty sure there are blogs dedicated to deciphering which each tag means. Sometimes you can find real Nordstrom apparel for 70% off. Thus, you can walk away feeling like you paid a fair price for fashionable clothing.

I swear, there are two other stores in the vicinity (Bloomingdales and Saks Off 5th) and none of them still compare to the quality per price point you get at this Nordstrom Rack. Still, you can go to the other stores if you are in search of something particular. Saks Off 5th usually is a few bucks more for the same stuff, but they have a much more expansive sunglasses section. Meanwhile, Bloomingdales is meh. I got some good deals with their opening sales, but their prices have equilibrated with Nordstrom Racks and they have a limited...

Just walked out of this place! One of the worst places to shop and talk about the snottiest employees who act like it's my privilege to assist me! Wow, has Nordstrom Rack taken a DEEP dive in terms of customer service. If ever there was a business to boycott, Nordstrom Rack should be on top of the list for all!!!! So, under false pretenses that Nordstrom Rack has exceptional customer service. First I was there because the previous day my 82 yr old Mother tried to return a pair of shoes that her grandson couldn't wear because they hurt his feet. She did not have the receipt but it was purchased on the Nordstrom card and item was located. Then a manager comes and reviews the item and says she cannot return it because it's been over 45 days and said some rude degrading remarks to my mother and told her "nice try" you should be ashamed of yourself to talk to a customer that way! There is no timeline of when something must be returned by, per your return policy. I am going to blast your customer service everywhere I can!! If there was a option for 0 this company should defiantly receive...
