The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place is very unprofessional unsanitary first of all let me start by saying I’m waiting on my coffee outside in my car because I didn’t have a mask which I offered to show my vaccination card OK…that didn’t matter he comes from just from being outside cleaning and comes in hands me my coffee never once seen him washed his hands or anything The young lady told me I had to wait outside.ok . a gentleman walks in there and I am watching him as he’s waiting on his coffee he has his face mask down I’ll go in there and ask why is it ok to have his mask down he says as long as he’s purchasing coffee he could have his mask down and I’m the manager I would never in my life come to this place I don’t even want to drink my coffee because I’m Afraid that they did something to my coffee he argue with me the whole time I was in there asking a question so unprofessional..I try to come there every day and get coffee before I go to work on the Cedar Sinal employee and I really do not like the way it was handled at...

As much as I like this place (I've spent over $615 here), I'm going to be honest with the good and the bad.

The Good: you'll get your coffee fix, the ice blended drinks are delicious if you want a sweet smoothie type drink, the seasonal drinks are yummy, the baked goods are yummy, and the bathroom is clean.

The Bad: like any other commercial coffee shop in LA, the baristas (who are extremely nice and very well trained for this specific work) aren't making high end coffee that is technically correct. This is only bad if you're a real coffee enthusiast or trained barista who understands these things. So again, if you're looking for a regular coffee experience, go! But if you're looking for legit, exquisite coffee... Go to Groundworks Coffee instead.
