Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The pizza was so soggy and undercooked it looked they just brushed it with sauce and added 3 pieces of cheese , the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed, the crust was like cardboard, and the delivery took over an hour - the only thing worse than the pizza itself was the customer service that couldn't even bother to apologize for the atrocious quality. I personally called to make sure that they had enough change at the time of my delivery. They couldn’t even accommodate or apologize for that. To top it off the manager at the time which is right now couldn’t even bother to apologize or accommodate me for a future discount he acted as if he could not find my account, considering the fact that I had lived in the same location for 12 years and have been ordering, obviously things have not changed they continue to be disgustingly unprofessional. As if that wasn’t enough I went into the location and I saw a roach on the ground at that point I just threw away my food I didn’t even bother to fight with a guy $50 down the drain and not one. I’m sorry save your money and buy your pizza. Somewhere else worst place on earth I’m considering calling corporate and making sure that they get this location shut down and calling the health...

Pizza is not the best but it's damn good and the service I got from the staff was amazing. I purchased over $500 of pizza and chicken and was not amazed with the cost per Pizza as I thought it was way overpriced and the chicken itself was extremely overpriced. The food was excellent and the service was even better than that. This was purchased for a senior citizens home and its eldest member who is celebrating their birthday. Everyone was extremely pleased and amazed at how much food there was.

The only way this could have been better would have been if it had been delivered. Since I used my EBT with abundant money from not being used while I was in the hospital, I didn't really care about the price. But after everything was said and done, I thought that we were overcharged for...

This was probably one the worst Pizzas I have ever had in my life. Part of the crust was raw, and they actually added some chicken even though I ordered a pizza with mushrooms only. So my pizza was $21 and it was awful. The box wasn't even closed properly when I left, it almost fell all over the floor on my way home. The Atmosphere is cool because they show Games and they have beer, but when I tried to order a beer it was a glass full of foam! I don't think I will ever come back, which is a shame because I live a few blocks away. So now I finished the pizza and still hungry and very annoyed.
